Sam at Pembertown was extremely helpful at my most recent visit. On arrival he had already printed a custom list with tax deduction information specific to my industry and profession. He then efficiently completed multiple tax returns explaining everything along the way, and finally answered the barrage of finance questions I had at the end. The complimentary coffee topped it off too. I would highly recommend.

Bruce is FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend him :) I use Bruce every year. The expeeeience is straight forward, fast process, you are in there and out!!! Who cares if it cost $130 - This is what you pay for!!!

The service provided by this company is absolutely fantastic. I never leave reviews for anything but have to for this company.

I work for wages and in the past have completed my tax return online, however being relatively new to Australia thought it would be beneficial if I sat down with a so called "expert" to learn more about the system and see if there was additional claims I could be making. Answer is no, I was finished in 12minutes and $135 later, I am none the wiser and wished I hadn't wasted my money. In the future I will save my money and time by doing it online, which if you work for wages would recommend you do the same.
