I applied for a job and received a call asking me to join a Zoom meeting within two hours. Despite the short notice, I joined the interview. After 15 minutes, the manager and HR lead left abruptly, citing other work commitments.

Three weeks later, I received another Zoom interview invite without any consideration of my availability. I joined the call, only to be informed that it was a screening interview, even though I had already completed the screening. The interviewer was apparently unaware that the screening had already been done.

I was relocating from New Zealand to Australia and was flying in two days. The company asked me to complete a three-hour online assignment. HR then requested that I visit the plant on the day I landed, and without a final interview, sent an invitation for a medical examination. After the medical, there was no response from the company for three weeks.
