DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a door for a sedan & even sent them images of the car & a description of the vehicle saying it was a sedan. They sent me the door from a wagon & charged me for it. When I pointed out to them that the door was wrong they would not take it back & would not refund the money.

Paid deposit for part, drove up to pick part up , alleged they broke it taking part off car. Took over a week and numerous calls to get refund.
Poor customer service

I called for a car part and they said they have it in stock and asked if it has any dents they said no there’s no dent on it. I drove all the way from Sydney Parramatta to Dapto took me 2hrs+ to get there just to see it has 2 dents on it wasted my time.

Wasted 3hrs of my time plus tolls. Parts Andrew from sales, in an email said they had on hand, were not there. Andrew needs to ensure they have what he tells you is on shelf to avoid wasting others time.
