Quick grooming with high quality. Th Asian female groomer did my little dog cutieee face. The white female staff with blue short hair was kind and sweet. 5 out of 5 for my experience. Thumb up

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful all the time. They are constantly there to answer any questions and have a great deal of knowledge.
The DIY dog wash bays are very easy to use and make washing my dog so much easier than at home.

Mel has helped me out the last couple of weeks shopping for our new puppy. Great advice and help thanks. Today I had to take a faulty item from our fish tank and it was no problem for a refund. Thanks Mel see you soon. Kyla

Petbarn in Gungahlin is so convenient for me when I live nearby. The staff are always lovely and helpful, both in the retail store and the grooming salon. I can highly recommend them.

Staff were very friendly and despite being busy offered to help carry things to my car. Reasonable range.

Groomers at Petbarn are lovely people and did a great job cutting the nails of my ultra anxious pooch. Not an easy job.

Every time I go into Petbarn G (it’s now my favourite store to go on little trips to) I just have THE best experience. They are happy to chat all about cats and help pick anything you may need. It has been really helpful for my partner and I as first time cat parents and the advice and helpful chats have been paramount. Booked into Greencross for our first vet visit too. We loved the welcome packs for new adoption parents. Thank you to the Gungahlin team!! Especially the person who has 3 rats haha.

I love this store. It had all the best products for my cat, as well as toys and treats if I want to spoil him rotten (which I do). The staff are all enthusiastic pet lovers, so therefore know what's best for your pet. The young lady I spoke to has 5 cats! She takes very good care of them and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with her. She was also very attentive with asking if I need anything, which I very much appreciated as a disabled person who has trouble getting around the store. Furthermore, the parking lot has disability parking, and the store itself is wheelchair accessible.

Great experience in store with staff member Jesse today. They helped me find what I was looking for and we’re friendly and kind. Really good example of good old fashioned customer service. Thanks Jesse, we’ll be back

Took my big new dog, just out of the pound, for all the basic necessities to fit. Mel gave me excellent service, making sure that I got the right price for all my items (over $500 worth) that were currently discounted, adjusted the new collar to fit and gave great advice on all my items. Even gave George some treats for being such a good boy. Thanks Mel!

I typically do not shop at chain pet stores as I have had negative experiences previously. Since my usual specialty aquarium store shut down, today I tried Petbarn. I was served by an amazing staff member named Scott. He knew so much about every breed of fish - from their growth rate to their aggression level. I received the most expert advice in regards to aquariums that I have ever had. He was not condescending with his knowledge and he shared his personal stories about his aquariums whilst maintaining a lovely customer service manner. His recommendations as to how many fish and what type would suit my aquarium was honest and accurate, down to the type of food that would best help my fish. If I purchase more fish in future, I will happily wait until Scott is working again because I am so impressed. Absolutely amazing!
