I had such a wonderful experience with Mayfield Alto Imaging. Our technician was so kind and professional and talked us through the scan. We didn’t have to wait at all and we were in and out within 30 minutes (which was all spent on the imaging)

A wonderful service! I was able to get an appointment within two days and my ultrasound was fully bulk billed. The front desk staff and sonographer were lovely and emailed through the images really quickly. Very grateful to them for the speedy service.

Secretary was pleasant and attentive. Radiographer was sympathetic, calming and very helpful in a stressful situation given the pain I was enduring.

I had a semi urgent CT chest in Alto imaging and my surgeon who was based in another city asked for actual images to review himself. It did not take more than 2 minutes that Alto sent me link to my email which would give access to related images to be reviewed online without any hassle or login/security numbers required. Exactly what I needed at the time. Highly appreciated.

I came here for a gynaecological ultrasound. I can’t express how professional all the staff were. I felt safe and comfortable. There is easy access parking and the Medicare rebate was seamless even when I didn’t have a physical version of my Medicare card. So easy!!

It's amazing how helpful and professional the staff are at Hunter Radiology. I've never seen better anywhere. Every single person I dealt with during my visit yesterday treated me with respect, compassion and expediency. Highly recommended!

Josh performed my 20 week scan. Bub wouldn't co-operate but he was extremely patient and allowed me to come back a bit later in between patients to ensure he got everything needed on that day. Very professional!

I have been bring my dad in for the past 12 months for injections and now I am starting a pain management program myself.
Most of the visits a young lady by the name of Jordan in the Hunter st practice has dealt with us. I could not speak highly enough about her. Excellent people skills and so genualy freindly towards everyone.
The whole practice is highly recommended

Absolutely 100% 5 star care in every way... Staff are amazing, wonderful, caring, helpful & have a great sense of humour. Thankyou so much for second to none streamlined linked services, the Specialists & equipment, inc a comfy, bright, waiting area, sanitiser, loos & easy access building, parking or drop off. (My only note would be possibly disappearing into another universe w/the dip, driving on the way out. It's bigger than it looks 😉🤣🙃 )
