Had minor issue with an internal 3m wide Holland window blind. Called Blind Repair Centre and they were so helpful. Mark came out and replaced a part and even though a small job was very thorough and helpful. Explained what he was doing and how we should actually use the blind. Very professional and very reasonable and great service. Would highly recommend

I have 5 outdoor patio blinds. Made an appointment for the repairman to come out. I only waited a day. There was a $90 call out fee. The repairman checked the four blinds which had issues. One hour later all were sliding up and down the tracks and were no longer sticking or not operating.
The repairman is from South Africa and his knowledge and advice were excellent. Told me what lubricant to buy and use on tracks and how best to wash the blinds
I was so impressed I rang his boss the next day and passed on my thanks

Total cost including the call out fee was $240 which was well worth it.

Really happy. Had 5 original external 1960's pull out (pivot arm?? Still not sure what they are called) Somerton canvas awnings that we needed to replace as the canvas was nasty and deteriorated. Most places simply want to do full replacement and I struggled for months to find someone. BRC was the only place that was prepared to work with us to retain some of the original features (eg headboards and original arms) so did the reskin and replaced the parts that needed to. It was a good price and created far less unnecessary waste. I was content to pay the callout fee and the extra for installation - as a bonus it was still cheaper than full replacement. Do note that you need to follow up with them more than I feel necessary - certainly no pushy sales techniques here!

From the very first phone call with Leigh, the customer service has been fantastic. I had to get a blind repaired and a quote for a couple of others. Extremely helpful in getting as much information and photos from you before they have someone come out so that person knows exactly what they're looking at. Mark, who came out, was just lovely and his knowledge was just incredible. My wooden Venetian blind was fixed on the spot and he looked at a couple of my other blinds with suggestions of how to improve the life of the blinds.
Certainly look after the customers best interests. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend.....

Mark was able to not only fix out blind but also fix the old style brackets we had in order to reinstall it, which went absolutely above and beyond. He also spent the time to explain how to remove the blind again in future if need be, and how best to use it to protect the furniture in the room from fading. Needed to get my cord on my honeycomb blind fixed so I called Blind Repair Center. I spoke with customer service over the phone and their knowledge and customer service were fantastic. Nothing was too hard and suggested I bring in my blind for an assessment as it would be cheaper and quicker. Blind was repaired in 24 hours. Excellent initial communication from Ryan re services available and cost options .....prompt office follow up re appointment. On the day, technician Mark was considerate with communication en route and solved my vintage vertical blind problem with patience and informed skill that were much appreciated. Outstanding support from Mark and Meg. I contacted the original blind manufacturer when my Roman blind was broken. They told me they did not do repairs and that I would need to buy a new blind. I was extremely annoyed and disappointed - the blind was only 3 years old. All I can say is thank goodness for the Blind Repair Centre who quickly saw what needed to be done and repaired it on the spot for an amazing price. Again I’m so grateful for the highly professional support and service from Mark and Meg. I did not know that they manufacture a range of blinds. Highly recommended. So good!! Mark from this place was so lovely and super helpful! Did an amazing job fixing our back door split vertical blinds! They were super quick helping us out and last minute too before our end of lease. I called up in a panic about getting it done before we moved out, and he was just so good, helpful, practical, and got it done for us a day earlier than had been quoted. Price was super reasonable too. Would highly recommend!

Walked in last week chasing a very hard to find bracket clip for my 10 year old blinds and the pleasant young gentleman at the desk went out of his way to help me and managed to source the part I needed a few days later.

I was very happy with Ryan who provided great customer service and re-stringed my blinds when others thought that the only option was to replace them. A couple of hundred dollar repair versus thousands to replace them. Good work Ryan. Well done and thank you. Ron.

I can’t recommend the Blind Repair Centre enough. Ask for Meg on the front desks she can’t do enough for you. Meg is helpful, polite and knowledgeable as well. The technician that came out was Mark who is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in my home. If not for these two I would have gone elsewhere. Thank you Mark and Meg.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by the Blind Repair Centre SA. They respond quickly, endeavour to repair to the satisfaction of the customer and offer helpful hints in in how to prolong the life of the blind once it has been repaired. Great customer service!

Amazing service from Mark - I had made around 20 phone calls around town to find Austrian Blind guide clips to no avail and I find Mark has a few different ones to choose from AND gave me some great information and advice about repairs/replacement of the blinds. 100% for helpful and friendly.
