Dr. Reynolds Casse

Dr Casse assisted in a 98 percent reduction in my migraines starting from 14 to 18 per month down to one or two per month. He has also taken a personal interest in a number of other conditions with positive results. For a caring interested and approachable Neurologist look no
further.

Recently spent 3 & 1/2 weeks in hospital for my heart but had been suffering with migraines at that stage for approximately a week prior. My specialist recommended Dr Casse. He was very empathetic with me & really seemed to understand the pain migraines can have. He tried a few things & eventually I was able to leave the hospital. After 31 days of having shocking migraines he helped get them under control. He in so great….. can’t speak highly enough of his care, compassion & treatment so I could go home after 31 days of migraines.

Dr Casse is the most pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful specialist anyone can wish for. He's always listening, discussing and explaining options for a possible treatment. If one doesn't work he finds another. He is really devoted to make the patient well or at least better. I'm so very grateful to have him as my specialist and recommended him sincerely.

after seeing several ENT and specialists for my vestibular migraines Dr. Casse was my light at the end of the tunnel. He was welcoming, asked questions and listened to my answers. gave me the opportunity to ask questions and answered them. he made me feel welcomed, he was sympathetic to what I had gone through for the last 18 months. I was NOT ushured out of the door and made to feel like a number. He was very knowledgeable when it came not only to chronic migraines but vestibular migraines as well. He said I was a walking disaster which made me laugh but he would do everything he could to help me. (Yes he even made me laugh) The first specialist I have seen in the last 2 years, a there have been a few, that gave me hope. Thank You Dr. Casse. oh and his reception staff, lovely ladies.

Compassionate, knowledgeable and willing to spend time with patients, this is the first time I have experienced this with a neurologist in Adelaide.

These people don't return calls. They ask you to leave a message then ignore it. Either they don't need the business or its just plain arrogance. Its a good thing that we/consumers have choices.
