I would say he had tremendous patience to explain everything in detail, supporting clients needs and quite knowledgeable to explain every aspects of the services they provide and giving the best options available depending on the client’s needs. CHU have always been easy to deal with whether it is policy renewal, claims or revaluation of property.

I have only been with CHU for a couple of years, but in saying that, like others, I had questions regarding survey strata insurance. CHU were extremely helpful and informative. They were easy to deal with and were prompt with replies. Their pricing is very competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending.

I'm impressed! I have been with CHU Landlords insurance for many years. This is the first time I have needed to make a claim (online). The whole process went smoothly, I was able to provide the information they requested and received payment 4 weeks after lodging the claim. They were friendly and understanding.

I want to particularly thank Mia Wilson, of CHU's Brisbane office, for the great online service that she provided in relation to me changing our strata's policy and also switching our annual premium to monthly direct debit payments. Mia was very prompt with her replies to my emails, as well as providing great advice. Given how much premiums have increased in the past year, CHU allowing payment via monthly instalments is gratefully accepted.

I have been with CHU for a few years, luckily I have not had to file a claim, but when I do have to interact with CHU it is pretty smooth. My recent interaction I needed to change address, Elissa handled my call - smooth and efficiently. Much appreciated!

I cannot speak highly enough about CHU. They are very professional and have understanding and empathy. At the time when we needed urgent help our Strata Company gave us no direction. We then contacted CHU and what a wonderful experience. They have well trained staff at first point of contact. We were not transferred from one department to another. CHU had our flattened storm damaged fence assessed same day of phone call and had a temporary fence installed next morning for safety while they waited for our three quotes. I give them 10 stars out of 5 if that's possible.

We've used CHU for landlord insurance of our investment properties for many years and have always received good service, thankfully only one claim I can recall and that was handled efficiently.
