I can not believe that Shell can allow their franchise to have such a disgusting toilet.
Post covid and declining business. There no excuse for such terrible facilities.
The woman in the service centre was friendly. She acknowledged that everyone complained about it to management and nothing has been done.
You won’t attract repeat business.
Come on shell, we pay good price for petrol, can we have decent ammenities

Travelling North today we pulled off the expressway today and rather than use one of the big roadhouses we decided to pull in to Kempsey to support the local town.
Stopped at the Shell Coles Express for fuel, something to eat and a toilet stop. Fuel was no problem but the toilets were feral and looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in who knows how long and to make matters worse neither the mens or ladies had any toilet paper, luckily we always carry a roll in the glovebox. I understand these towns may struggle now they are bypassed but basic cleanliness is not too much to ask. Needless to say we paid for the fuel and bought food elsewhere further up the road.

The most disgusting dirty toilets I have ever seen. Hadn’t been cleaned in many years. Not a good representation for either coles or shell.
