Kylie is amazing. She is so warm, caring, empathetic and very passionate about helping me, as well as educating me along the way which is something that I really value. I have learnt a lot about myself through my sessions with Kylie & I am very grateful to have found a therapist that genuinely cares about helping me navigate and improve my relationship with not only myself but my family as well.

Kylie has been so kind, caring and empathetic for the past two years that I’ve been seeing her. I always leave a session feeling valued and affirmed. She has helped me build up resilience and set boundaries, and has also helped me put certain self-care strategies in place to help navigate stressful situations. Having Kylie as my therapist has also made me realise the importance of vulnerability. My therapy journey has helped me become more in touch with my own feelings and needs, and has made me want to be the best version of myself. The first time I picked up the phone to ask for help kylie assured me that I was no longer alone and that we would work through my problems together. And she's done just that. There is nothing I feel that I can't talk to her about, and nothing I feel She can't help me with.
I was a mess when I first started speaking With Kylie, but since then she has helped me to see that I have a purpose, and to me and my loved ones it was important.
Practically it feels like kylie Is always available. And always seems to be able to find time for you no matter what your schedule is.
I cannot recommend hìghly Kylie enough. She has a way that calms you down whilst not letting you forget the emotion, the feeling, the trigger that got you to that place to begin with. Kylie will leave you at ease with your decisions but also make you question your choices. Best of all, at the end of the hour, I feel like I have spoken with somebody who truly cares about me.

Kylie has assisted with building my mental resilience in my difficult situations as well as create strategies for stress and difficulty circumstances which have been a real asset for me to solve problems with my personal circumstances.
I feel Kylie has also given me an element of therapy that I am using for my children in any challenges they have in life which I can see results in how I get outcomes to the benefit of my children.
Kylie in my opinion is very professional, skilful and puts a lot of passion in what she does to get the best outcome for me in therapy.
