T2 Tea - Birkenhead Point

I went in the store today to purchase a gift and had a wonderful customer service experience. The girls notified me of sales without being pushy, helped me choose gift items, and even put them in a box with tissue paper for no additional cost! Then, after locating my membership, advised me that they could gift wrap for free too! Obviously I was appreciative of the freebies, but even if I did not receive those extras I would still have been impressed by my wonderful experience in store. The shop staff I was served by today are a testament to T2 and ought to be congratulated and receive all the perks deserving of exceptional retail staff during COVID.

One of my favourite places to visit. A little disappointment the tea bar and samples are no longer but get it.

I could buy Chinese tea there which I couldn't buy in my nearby shopping centre.

The staff (two girls) who worked in the afternoon of 8 December were really friendly and professional - they provided excellent customer by introducing to me the deals they had and were also happy to leave me to browse items on my own. Thank you!

I live nearby. The food now is very expensive.

Came in looking for a cinnamon flavoured tea. I can’t remember the name of the person who served me but she recommended New York Breakfast, probably the best flavour I’ve got from a T2. Stand out service, knows what they’re taking about, got the recommendation spot on.
