Tea Tree Gully Veterinary Hospital

Overwhelmed with the service provided to my Dwarf Lop Rabbit. Not only did they go above and beyond, but they offered three Veterinarian Doctors who specialize in Rabbits. The staff were friendly, understanding, and supper supportive. The medication was explained clearly, and they offered ongoing support if I needed it. I am disabled and not able to administer some of the medication to a squirming rabbit that doesn't understand the need to comply.

Amazing!! Took my GS here today. After moving to the western suburbs 5 years ago I haven’t been happy with service, advice, appointment availability and treatment of our dogs in my area, I will absolutely make the trek to come back… we have been taking pets to TTG since the late 90s… thank you!

This is by far the best vet I have ever been to. The nurses and drs are brilliant. I recently had to make the tough decision of saying goodbye to one of my furbabies. They were so compassionate- and didn’t rush me- or stick an eftpos machine in my face during that difficult time (which has happened at another vet I’ve been to).

Anyway, I would like to extend my gratitude to them- and I am so glad that vets like this exist for our furbabies.

Such an amazing vet. I've been taking my foster cat here and I couldn't be more happier. The staff are absolutely gorgeous, the place is calm and they go out their way to ensure your cat is relaxed as well. I will always trust Tea Tree Gully Vet with my animals.

TTG Veterinary was recommended to us for our rabbit.
They said to come straight away and looked after our bunny immediately.
I would give the staff 10 stars if it was possible.

Lovely staff, caring vet. They really do care for the animals. They have a cat pod in the waiting room. It's really great for cat owners to make their pet feel safe. Always feel like my cat receives the best care when we go.

I've never had a dog that whimpers in the carpark of a vet because he is so excited to go in and say hello to all the staff. They are very professional, helpful, caring and look after all my animals very well. I highly recommend them. Mr Max says thank you for saving my life again 😘

My best mate took a turn for the worse and we couldn't get him into our normal vet. What wonderful people at the TTG veterinary hospital. They saw him straight away, tested our boy and confirmed what we thought was wrong. Such compassion and love for animals. Thank you for all you did and for making his transition over the rainbow bridge as nice as it could be.

Dr Ben Feo is such an amazing vet. We constantly recommend him to anyone looking for a good vet. He is a kind, caring and compassionate man. His love of animals really shows and I think this has definitely helped our dogs view their visits with him right from the beginning in a very positive way (plus the extra treats he gives when they give him puppy dog eyes helps as well!). One of our girls recently injured herself quite badly, the advice Dr Ben gave us after examining her made our stress levels significantly decrease, we went from thinking we were going to lose her to knowing with time and his incredible support we would get her through her injury. We would not even dream of taking them to see anyone else now!

So nice, treat my dog like a rockstar, even though she’s not a regular.

Since picking up my baby puppy Frenchie Marcel these guys have looked after him and have been amazing Marcel loves ❤ going there. They are all caring and supportive and interact with him as soon as when we walk through the door.

The staff at TTG Vet Hospital were so helpful and accommodating. They were able to squeeze us in last minute and helped us feel at ease. It was nice to receive a photo of our dog while he was there for the day. It made us feel comfortable knowing he was being well looked after. The vets were extremely thorough and made sure we understood our dogs diagnosis

Have never had a bad experience. All the staff are friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated to the pets they look after.
Highly recommend the puppy classes, and highly recommend this vet.

Wonderful staff, very caring and understanding. Have been taking my dogs there for over 20 years and they have always been great with my animals. They are there for you in an emergency. Mark and previously Phil (dad) Vet have been so supportive cant thank them enough. Jenny

Iv been to a few different vets but none I have found compare to Tea Tree Gully Veterinary Hospital the staff are very caring an understanding of your loved pets needs. All in all highly recommend this amazing team

I changed vets a number of years ago due to convenience... I would never have gone to the other one had I known what an absolute gem I had right down the road!

The whole team is just amazing - from the lovely ladies on the desk to the vets themselves, to the nurses who work out the back. Even the Clinic Cat is a purrfect fit ;)

My furballs have always been treated with care and respect and, while it's not an enjoyable experience for them (oh, she's looking at my BUTT, the indignity!), I always walk out knowing they could not be in better hands.

What I love most, though, is there's no hard sell of products or services, everything is an option that is discussed in logical terms with both pros and cons laid bare - great when you're dealing with older animals developing age related health issues. I know the only concern of these vets is the wellbeing of the animals entrusted to their care, not what will be best for their bottom line.

Not my regular vet. First time visit on a Sunday AM (emergency) - my cat was vomiting overnight. Helpful over the phone, vet is very clean and tidy, good service, cute vet and a descent price. My boy was diagnosed with gastro. So far soo good - only needing antiemetic. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
