Vitality Room

Great instructors, great classes, great company. Not a traditional gym model as it’s classes only but it works out much better for me as I like exercising with other people, and it really feels like a tight knit community here. If you love exercising but don’t like judgy spaces or diet culture, this is the perfect place to be. I’ve felt like I’ve belonged here since day 1. I can’t recommend Vitality Room more.

I started going to the Vitality Room in January 2019 and I love it! Mel is super encouraging and tailors her programs to suit how you're feeling; which has been great as I constantly experience stomach pain. She has helped me to work towards my fitness goals in a safe and supportive space. I have loved my experience there and always look forward to the next session, even if it is cardio based :)

Vitality Room is the best! Truly a place for fitness lovers, Mel has created a welcoming and fun environment that allows for people of all shapes, sizes, abilities and ages to work out together. I always look forward to my weeknight group classes, and have never felt fitter :)

Non franchise fitness centre run by a personable and patient trainer who works with all ages and levels of fitness. Lots of variety in the workouts. Individual training and group classes provided.

Relaxed vibes, welcoming environment! Highly recommended.

Mel is a ⭐

no offence but would be better if this place could be located somewhere else in walkerville. I understand that it's hard to find leased out places but there's people in the houses around trying to sleep, especially kids but there is so much noise which makes it hard for people to do so. I've woken up at 6-7 am more than once to the sound of people yelling.

once again no offence and I understand why it would be difficult to move places.
