Total Eden at Raymond Terrace have been a godsend to us! My mum passed away and a few days later the pump packed it in, right when we had family descending, we had no water, toilets etc. We walked in to the store & explained our situation, & I cannot fully express in words how amazing they were to us. Quickly they found the right pump for us & even came all the way to Brunkerville to deliver & install it for us that afternoon! The pump, a Grundfos Scala 2 is awesome, great constant pressure, we can even have a shower while the washing machine is running now! Cannot recommend them enough!

Couldn't ask for more helpful staff. Helped me figure out what I needed and put together a custom sprinkler for me on the spot. Very happy and will be using them again in the future.

Great service and advice can't recommend them higher, made a complicated pump and pipe install very easy. Jon was excellent.

Dropped of a Davey submersible pump & rain bank controller to get a quote for repair, 4 days later they rang up & said the pump was burnt out & they couldn’t test the rain bank & I needed to buy a new system, Charged me $150 for the test. I decided to workout how to test the pump & controller myself. Found the float switch was the problem, pump motor was fine & the controller was ok.
Contacted total eden told them the story, they didn’t hesitate to return my $150.
It was very disappointing to be treated look this, hopefully they might change there business practices.
