Qantas Club Broome

Visited recently on a work trip (Broome to Perth) so was wearing my PPE but still got in ok. Place is small but comfortable with plenty of chairs for a smaller lounge. Food options are very limited, cheese, crackers, small snacks. Staff member stands guard at the fridge where the the alcoholic drinks are, so best to ask for a drink first (service could be friendlier, I feel uncomfortable asking for a drink every time I want one). Interior looks pretty good for a small regional lounge, as it doesn't look shabby. Would like to see more food options.

Ultra small Qantas Club with limited offerings. By limited I mean biscuits & rice crackers. Then there's a small fridge with an overly officious staff member guarding the limited amounts of alcohol on offer! No sparkling wine or spirits.

Absolutely no offering of any healthy snack .
Extremely limited no of unhealthy snacks otherwise.
Very poor.

I went to use the lounge and was told it was to busy and I would not be able to enter. Earlier I held off eating lunch to eat at the lounge. I had to fork out airport prices for lunch. What is the purpose of choosing to be loyal to an airline and get travel perks if you can’t use the perks?

My girlfriend and I went up to the qantas lounge as my girlfriend has lounge access, there were another two couples infront of us entering at the same time. My girlfriend went to the toilet and while she was in there a member of staff came up to me and rudely asked me if I had a boarding pass and if I was allowed in the lounge no other couple was asked just me. My girlfriend came out and showed the boarding pass and we had no apologies for the rude greeting. It made us feel so uncomfortable in front of everyone we left the lounge.

Staff said Qantas has not delivered anything for a month. Delivering bad service consistently
