I have been here numerous times ( every fortnight for past 1.5 yrs) and each time the staff are extremely friendly and polite. The staff are always keen to help & always offer to carry your purchases to the car, which is helpful for me as I have neck & shoulder injuries.
I always go to Cessnock Petstock as I know the service is 100 percent.

Love this shop. Get all my adult & pup food from here. I'm a frequent flyer lol there just about every week for food. Rewards program for the black hawk is great! I only buy that, but there's other brands that have the reward system too

I find the staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff are always helpful and will offer to carry your items to your car. They have everything there you need for most pets. Although most items are quite expensive the 'big name' animal food is quite reasonable to purchase. The staff are always friendly!

The fish displays are awesome! And they have introduced an adoption display cabinet which the kids are excited about! And not to mention the 'Max' the cocktail who is always up for a chat and a scratch!

Hi, a bit of a story here.
My partner and myself looked after some fish for a friend a while ago. Well I fell in love with them. So we went into Goldman's Petland about 3 weeks ago to get our house some fish. I must say the youngest looking lady helped us, she didn't know much about fish but I am willing to give anyone a try, I give that young lady 3/5 stars, we got our tank and home and set it up. The next time we went in to Petland's a young male helped us (his the young man without the beard) now he knew a lot about fish so I give him 4/5 stars. Then the next time we went in we were served by another young man (the one with the beard) well he has blown both my partner and my brains away I give him 5/5 stars. The rest of the employees are awesome and very helpful. The owner/Manager who served us this morning 12/8/2020 I give her 10/5 stars I spent almost $400 their and we stood there and had a chat, very nice lady.
In saying all that I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet. They have plenty of stuff for reptiles,fish, birds, cats & dogs. It's a must stop there.

To keep our homegrown business going we need to do our part as well. Saying that I mean as soon as we walk into the shop PLEASE sensitize your hands, Respect the shop and the people who come to help us everyday of the week.

Pet supplies, plentiful everything you need for your pet's health ( special diets) staff very friendly helpful,if they haven't got the item in their store they will get it for you, they also have kittens for adoption,

Nice Aquarium, good looking tanks with healthy stock. Large range of pet accessories, cages, tanks, etc. Large range of pet foods including bulk sizes for breeders. Owners also have a livestock and rural supplies business around the corner. Nice friendly staff at both.

Although they didn't have the dog biscuits I wanted, the guy who looked after me was full of information and advice. He gave me lots of samples so I could try before I bought.. would highly recommend a visit
