Jugiong Motor Inn

Had 2 dogs with us and this is a pet friendly motel. Rooms are comfy and clean. Bed was comfy too. Massive grassed area for the dogs to run around. There 4 other dogs and their humans on this night and everyone got on really well. The friendly paddock sheep was running uo and down the fence line after the dogs. The food was excellent. There are some big city Pubs that could learn a thing or two from this place, especially the standard of the food. Great stopover between Melbourne and Sydney, especially if you have dogs.

Called late on a Friday night to get a room and nothing was a problem. Took our dinner order over the phone and served us a beautiful meal and ice cold can on arrival. Comfy Bed and clean room which is all you want after travelling all day.

Classic country motel with an extra high level of customer service. I was on the road to Sydney from Melbourne, called ahead to book for a 10pm arrival. Mark offered to have a hot meal waiting for me on arrival. Unfortunately I’d already had dinner but the offer was greatly appreciated.

Arrived to a warm welcome at the desk. Given the key and told to dump my bag and join them for a beer in the bar.

Had a great chat with owner, Mark while enjoying a beer to wind down after the big drive. Country hospitality that is harder and harder to find these days.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything needed for a good rest. Yes they’re basic and a little dated, but they’re honest about what they have.

Looked like a lovely grassed outdoor area for families to socialise along with a pool.

Keen to stay here again but will make sure to have dinner there next times. Menu looks great!

Really nice spot for overnight stay on roadtrip from Sydney. Dog friendly status meant lots of well behaved pets and their nice owners. Room old style but clean and spacious. Restaurant, bar and service levels exceeded expectations!

Off the main road, but worth the visit. Nothing flash, but a comfortable accommodation with friendly good service. Great food and atmosphere in the onsite restaurant. We certainly enjoyed our brief stopover and will definitely come again.

This motel is great plenty of room for our dog to exercise and play. The meals were great and the owner is a great bloke .

We have had friends and business partners and staff stay here. This is a great little private motel in Jugiong that offers clean rooms and a restaurant. Good operators. The perfect affordable stopover. More people should put Jugiong on their stop at list. Has a nice few shops with Show ground and town centre, fancy pub a few doors down and servo and electric car chargers. Just off highway is the perfect Syd-Mel over nighter. Or explore the region.

Amazing food! Great friendly service! Lots of fire pits and had the footy on. Loved it! Will be going back. Didn't stay in the motel, camp ground just across the road next to the river 👌
Though another couple in the pub said the rooms were always really clean and they stop in every time they head past.

What a hidden Hume Highway gem, great dog friendly room, meals and drinks available to your room, heater was on when we arrived it was fabulous A nice area for dog and ourselves to stretch our legs after a big trip. The meals were fantastic a chicken parmi and the the club sandwich were so tasty, and don't miss the sticky date pudding😋

Perfect little stop just off the highway. Clean rooms, very pet friendly, lovely staff. Food is excellent and they'll even bring it to your room (fancy). Would absolutely stay again. Microwave the cat also gives it five stars.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a lovely clean dog friendly room with a comfortable bed. The restaurant food was excellent. Plenty of space for my little dog to have an on lead explore and meet the lovely rescue farm animals. Definitely recommend…it isn’t easy finding dog friendly accommodation especially of this quality and comfort.

We didn’t Taylor here, but ate at the restaurant. What a find, beautiful fresh vegetable, local wines and fabulous local beef and lamb. Thankyou to Jenny the owner for going above and beyond with us, giving us a lift to where we were staying. You and your partner deserve all the accolades to get, well done on a fabulous business. 10/10 Perfection. This is what I call an Aussie Gem. We’d been to Jugiong quite a few times and enjoyed the country hospitality of the Long Track Pantry, Vegi seller and Wine Cellar. We wanted an authentic dining experience so were drawn to the Jugiong Motor Inn. We were anticipating more of a ‘motel’ type situation and walked into a delightful bar area with a seated restaurant upstairs. This is perfect. The locals are friendly and casual, no pretentiousness here. The meals were huge, delicious and great value. The ladies behind the bar friendly and efficient. We will definitely return. For those who camp at the RV park it’s only a 15 minute walk, just take a torch with you if the days are shorter.

Honestly, such a great spot to stop & stay. After years of trying other dog friendly motels half way to Newcastle, this one will be our only choice from now on. It’s got everything & the owners are fantastic. The food at the pub was seriously so good & they have a so many cute animals to chat to! Jugiong is so beautiful too. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Thanks so much, guys

Really enjoyed our overnight stay here. Its 'No Frills' accommodation with 5 star service! The beds were comfy and the electric blankets were most welcome. We were running late for check in but owners made sure our meals were waiting for us. The food was delicious, and all the staff were cheery and helpful. We will definetly stay again!!

Had a great night at the Jugiong Motor Inn. Old school, clean, basic room with everything you need including comfortable bed and modern aircon/heating. All at a very fair price. Well-cooked food and a range of quality local wines plus the usual beers. People behind the bar were low key friendly and all their food and drink recommendations were spot on.

Great service and fantastic food. We'll be back whenever we're passing through
