Busy Beaver Airport Parking

I have used Busy Beaver on many occasions and never had any issues with them. They have very competitive rates compared to others. There shuttle service is always prompt and have never let us down. They are my first choice for Airport Parking.

Prompt and professional. I was super happy with my experience with the beaver team. We use Busy Beaver Airport transfers whenever we fly, for a convenient, stressfree experience. We have always received excellent service, the staff are very friendly and booking on-line or over the phone is easy. Drivers are courteous & help you with your bags, which is wonderful. They also give you great directions when you get to the Airport, so you find the right Airline. Thoroughly recommend Busy Beaver.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else or use any other parking company… easy and quick to book online …easy to find… easy to drop off vehicle… they get you straight to airport fast and safe…soon as you return and call they pick you up fast and your car is waiting ready to go what more could you ask for! Very reliable, I utilise this company 9-10 times a year if not more. Have not once had a bad experience. Always clearly communicating when the next shuttle is coming, they assist with your bags and all the drivers are kind and helpful. Any issues they will always let you know, and work with you to fix it. Driver Louis is quite the character and always makes and enjoyable drive. I've used other companies but have never got the same service.

Great service, vallet parking on arrival ensures that you don't have to waste too much time finding a park and the shuttle service is fairly frequent. Its a family friendly service, the shuttle even had a baby seat for our little one.

Big shout out our shuttle driver Ashley. We was very polite and helpful, went out of the way to ensure the customers were looked after. Him along with another drive even sang children's songs to entertain children at the depot whilst we retrieved our car!

First time international travelers and Busy Beaver customer's - we left our car with Busy Beaver for 15 days while we went on our honeymoon. The online booking experience was very easy to complete, the follow up emails were clear, the location was easy to find. Customer service at the counter at drop off and pick up were friendly and efficient. We were in a Busy Beaver van returning to our car within 2-minutes of exiting the airport! Highly recommend.

These guys do such a great job. Everything from customer service to transport has always been on point.
We have never had a si gle time where there's been a delay or a problem with bookings. We have also used the car cleaning service and they did a fantastic job. Absolutely, we wouldn't use any other airport parking.

Very good service, they took us to the airport very quickly and when we arrived the pick up time was around 10 minutes after calling. The car stayed with them for 2 months and it was returned in the same condition. Will use them again.

Busy Beaver Airport Parking is ten minutes from Melbourne Airport. I have used them over the years since 2017 and have found the service to be friendly, responsive and expeditious. Highly recommend to anyone

Fantastic customer service. We dropped our car early in the morning and picked up very late in the night, yet the drivers were so friendly and nice. We had a wonderful experience and busy beaver parking is our go to airport parking.

Perfect experience. Within five minutes of arriving we were in the shuttle bus and on our way. Steve is a true professional. We won't be using any other parking service at Melbourne.

First time user at Busy Beaver car storage. It was easy to find and the service was quick and well done. We booked our Car in for 16 nights undercover. As soon as we arrived we went to Reception where a very helpful young Lady booked our car in and by the time we went outside Their was a gentleman waiting to take our suitcases and place them into the transfer vehicle to take us to the correct Departure Terminal. It was all so easy. Well done Busy Beaver.

Have been using Busy beaver for a while now very regularly as I travel for work every week and can’t fault them, always prompt for pick ups and drop offs and car has always been looked after!
