Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at any post office.. if I could would give a O star rating…. made two mistakes with my parcels, first over charged for express post when requested parcel post.. Then sent item to the wrong address, infact they were told it was incorrect and never changed it.. Said they would give a refund on express post NEVER DID… Tried to explain but the “Red Head” jumped down my throat was aggressive and only making excuses.. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE??? RUDE, ARROGANT what a disgrace to AUSTRALIA POST

For some unexplained reason Bungendore Australian Post Office continues to incorrectly claim that Telstra does NOT accept payment by way of credit card. Telstra has flatly refuted this claim. Either the under trained staff or incompetence of the Post office itself is to blame. Not recommended for paying your bills by credit card.
