Very kind staff and great service. I was looking for some replacement of the bulb in the ceiling fans. It was an old one and very hard to find in the current market. They tried their best to do a special order for me and saved money of replacing the whole fan.

I would like to say thank you to Demi who really went above and beyond for us. We were greeted very pleasantly and Demi came around the store with us giving us great advice and helping us every step of the way. She helped organise install and even personally delivered the items when they came in. This is not the sort of service you get at any of the (several) other lighting stores that we visited, so highly recommended.

If you head to this store make sure you see IkI CHEN who is the best person to deal with. He can go to any extent to help you out and also his knowledge about the products is impeccable.

The staff is very welcoming and provide great service, especially Wakar who was very helpful in extending the warranty on a LED lighting which was just out of warranty - saved me a good $100.00
