I needed to make a new lense for my glasses. Both the optometrist and the woman who attended my case were exceptionally professional and the glasses are perfect now. 5 stars and will come back here again next time.

The owner and staff are very polite, helpful. The optometrist is very conscientious about exam and prescription. I'm happy with the glasses I got and they came reasonably quickly.

Brought prescription sunglasses about a year ago and needed an urgent repair. However now living in Hervey Bay. Nothing was too much trouble and my glasses were back to me within a week. Impecable service!

Amazing Job , I have a Broken frame Glass ( the spring in frame in one of the legs has been damaged ) all other optometrist such as OPSM, Bupa , etc .. told me try have change the frame ??!!! but hey told they can fix it and they did with really reasonable price , thank you :)

The Optometrist did a good job but the store manager was not helpful at all. My glasses frame handle broke after 2 weeks and they refused to replace it. She did not understand the meaning of warranty. Took my business somewhere else.

Couldn't even answer 1 simple question because they couldn't speak English. Top work I was wanting to buy from you as you are the only ones that stock Maui Jim at Carindale, but I'll go elsewhere just to avoid you.
