Came in looking for a gift for a friend. The cashier seemed eager to help and helped me find a good gift, She was friendly and patient.

Then she wrapped the gift for FREE.

The shop has an amazing atmosphere and will come back for any tea needs.

Tiny bit overpriced, but worth it as a result of the customer service.

i just inside and went to t2 tea in the mall. there were definitely some helpless screams coming from inside the back area, i heard this and then decided to SPRINT TO SAFETY..... possibly some people being forced agains their will to drink the Tea 2?? bad chemicals?? or even possibly an animal back there.

Very nice store and service here. Very delicate teawares. You will have better judgement comparison to see them on the net. Karlie and Abi here are very nice and considerate.👍
