Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Toombul S/C

I like that the staff is very accommodating especially to neurodivergent children. The wait times have improved from the last time I got my glasses and the selection of frames and its prices are better.

Eli and Brittany at SpecSavers are amazing and best staff ever seen. Their focus is not making money but understanding client required and provide possibly best solution. They are very professional and customer caring staff. I have been other optical stores but this store and store's staff are extraordinary. It was my first visit on that store and was socked what they using their technology to explain customer very well. Well done guys- you went over beyond your level to help me. Thank you very much. Emily B was fantastic from picking my glasses with Mr (no fuss and she knew what she was doing!) Through to fitting my glasses in my follow up appointment. I've never been happier with my glasses and service received at a specsavers and will be recommending everyone to there/Emily b.

Having the last appointment before the store went to urgent care only I was so pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the team especially Vicki, Bruce and Wesley seeing as they were facing unemployment - they were amazing!
Post appointment I could not express my gratitude and thanks for the amazing service by Rachel who is dealing with incredible difficulties, for whilst for obvious reasons my glasses took longer than normal she was so great to deal with.

I had a problem with my glasses, and was also overdue for an eye test, so made an appointment at Specsavers Toombul.
When I arrived I was met by Hannah, who very quickly identified my problem as a valid warranty issue, and immediately began the process of organizing the repair, she then organised my eye test, which was also carried out very professionally. On my return to collect my repaired glasses, I was again greeted by Hannah, who very concisely explained the defect in my original glasses, and how that had now been rectified. I could not recommend this store highly enough, there customer service and attention to detail is second to none !

Great customer service, I had a screw missing from my glasses that I purchased at a Cairns Specsavers, I took them in to be fixed at Toombul, they were promptly fixed within 5min. Very surprised how fast and efficient the process was.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Toombul Specsavers today. The team at Specsavers were precisely that - a team! Everyone seemed to do their part in a friendly and efficient manner to make sure that I had the right frames, the right prescription and the right lenses to suit my needs as well as my budget. I was exceptionally happy with the way I was treated by all the staff members but I was particularly impressed with the optometrist, Steve. He was obviously very intelligent and experienced in his position but he spoke to me as if I were his equal, explaining things to me without talking down to me. I was so impressed with the way I was treated that I will recommend this optometrist to all my friends and business clients and I'll certainly be back! :-)

My glasses frame broke 2 days ago - No spare, I can't see &f read in distant. She offered to help looking for frame that could fit my old lenses (which I am thinking it is impossible because of special cutting features of the lense), so i can use it temporarily while waiting for my new glasses. And just like that, she delivered an amazing service for me - I am truly grateful now that I can see, read, and use something. She deserves a huge thank you! Natalie you are amazing. ♥👍😍

Despite being a busy shop on a Thursday night the Staff are very friendly and efficient here, everyone are greeted and served with a smile and friendly approach.

I was extremely impressed with Optometrist Paul, he made sure every little concern of mine was attended to and explained in details. He has recommended a better product for my eyes (contacts & eye drops) and was kind enough to provide free samples.

5 star service all around and will definitely recommend to friends and relatives. Thank you!

Awesomeness from Tayla earlier today. She would not let me leave unless my new glasses were "perfect", unbelievable customer service. I think you need to give her a pay rise, Specsavers, you cannot put a price on that!

The front of house staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Especially Shane and Sam. They could not have been more helpful and friendly, even when I brought my glasses back because the prescription wasn't quite right. Such an easy, straightforward process and no hassles.

Cannot explain how happy I am with my visit to Specsavers Toombul! Hannah was an absolute gem helping me to find glasses. After having a not so great experience at another store, Hannah definitely made up for that! Thanks so much, looking forward to getting my new glasses :)

Thanks to the very helpful staff at Toombul last Thursday that altered my husbands glasses to fit so much better. Graham is in a Nursing Home and can’t travel at the moment, so this was done in his absence. I cannot fault the staff here, as they really do help you. Thankyou.👍👍

Shane is an absolute angel! Very straightforward and kind, knows exactly what I want and need.
The eyedoctors are straight forward as well and get their job done quick an easy :)
Been going for more than 4-6 years and it's always an enjoyable experience and I don't feel rushed at all in my appointments or picking out glasses. They're more than happy to help or answer any questions even as a walk in.
Aster is also another very lovely person to chat with whenever I see her, and is more than happy to help ❤
