Excellent service! Steve is so professional and amazing. I have a problem with my car battery since a week and I bring my car there. He is so helpful and run a battery test straight away. Need a new battery for my car and he has done it for 5 mins. I definitely recommend to my friends. Perfect experience!

I had a very pleasant shopping experience here today. The 2 ladies who worked here today were helpful professional and kind. If it's not too busy, Christy will show you around, help you find products, answer all your questions and offer useful advice. They also have a cool sense of humour. It's great shopping here and I don't hand out compliments for no reason. Autobarn McGregor - I recommend it highly. (Just adding, if you're not happy with a product just bring it back, all good).

I went to the auto-barn in Macgregor as I needed a license plate cover as I have recently moved from Victoria and had to change my plates.
I could not get the new plates to fit the screws and was a little frustrated.
I came to auto barn and dealt with Triss and Annie. They were very professional and extremely helpful.
They provided me the cover and screws and even helped to fit it to my car.
I would like to stress in particular that Triss went out of his way to assist me with a professionalism, kindness and quality of service that I have not experienced before.
I would highly recommend their service to anyone in a similar predicament. Fantastic service

I would like to say an enormous thank you to Brendan from the store. I went in last Saturday to get some auto transmission fluid, and found that I didn’t need any but while talking with Brendan he gave me a simple tip with my car, that cost nothing by the way and it has completely transformed my car. It feels brand new, not tired, not changing gears when it’s not supposed to. Also thanks for pointing me towards the sidcrome 1/2 price tools I found everything I needed.
