The guys here were great and go above and beyond expectations. I was able to book online (very easy booking process) and get an appointment within a reasonable time. The receptionist on the phone was lovely and called to give me extra info on the appointment. The mechanics were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful, and they even replaced an extra part on my car for no cost.

Id really recommend QFord - I had looked at Ford Metro on the Northside which is much closer to me, and their customer service was abysmal with an 8 week wait for a simple job. QFord was worth the drive for far better service and turnaround time. Thanks guys!

Great service by Amy. Booking car in, dropping off, covering any issues were all straight forward, quick and easy. Picking car up it was a nice surprise to find it washed/vacuumed and wheels balanced/rotated. I never thought I’d say this about a car service but we had by far our best service experience here after having had previous cars serviced at Mitsubishi, BMW and Volkswagen. Keep up the great work.

Bought my first car 5 weeks ago and noticed a few issues with it while driving recently. I rang up a random mechanic that I found off Google and explained what I was witnessing and the guy I spoke to, put the fear of god into me by telling me it was an issue with the transmission and would cost me $8,000 to fix so naturally, I was in a state of panic. I rang Ford and took my car in - dealing with both Phil and Paul.

Both absolutely professional and knowledgeable people who explained things to me really well and gave me all the assurance that I needed to rest easy that it wasn't a dud buy. They were great and I would 100% recommend and use them again. Fab service all round.

We had a few issues with our Ford Transit and the Ford service centre in our state let us down big time. They had our van for an entire day and a half and had NO answers other than you will need to leave it with us for another whole day. We had no confidence in them and were ready to give up on the van.

Whist on holidays in QLD thought we would try someone else. Q Ford had it diagnosed and steps to fix it in only a few hours. The next day we had her back in perfect working order. They even went ABOVE AND BEYOND and detailed her.

You guys are THE BEST. We are so grateful.

I just want to give a shout out to these legends. I called yesterday morning in a bit of a panic as I'd dropped my engagement ring in my car and was unable to find it. The team at Q Mansfield Ford found time for me to come in and were able to find my ring within 15 minutes and were so nice about the whole thing. I could tell they were a great/professional team and I will definitely back for my next scheduled service!

QFord Mansfield would be hands down one of the best Ford Service Centres in Brisbane and I highly recommend them. You are treated as a person rather than a number.
John and Trent are so easy to deal with and have a great service team. The guys are always friendly and will do anything to help and make your experience an easy one.

Had a noise issue with the ranger. Called first thing 7am, Amy and the team were able to fit me in. Joshua diagnosed the problem within 30 seconds and fixed it. Great service, highly recommend

Great team of guys who made you feel welcome and kept you informed of the progress of the work being done or identifying other issues that need attention. Good to find a factory based Service Centre that looks after your car as they should. Definitely going back for future servicing needs.
