Boxing day saved! Couldnt find any other store for an urgent cake need, and i found The cheesecake shop, sunnybank hills open.. it is then i met the sweetest guy at the counter, offered me to decorate the cake in an absolute bestest way FOR FREE 🔥🔥

Customer service was fabulous. The staff went out of the way to add extra decorations to the cake I chose. When I asked for another little cake like a cup cake that would be gluten free they gave me a section of gluten free mud cake for one of my guests free of charge. The staff were very kind and accomodating.

Best cheesecake shop in Brisbane. Excellent quality, always fresh cakes. Staff are very friendly and always do up cakes and any writing efficiently. One customer came in to complain about cake, same time I bought same cakes never ever had a problem. They wanted money back after they used cake.

Exceptional! The manager looked after me well and made the cake that I ordered even though it was very late notice.
P.S. everyone that needs a custom made cake should let them know a week prior.

While browsing for sponge cakes I explained to the manager that I would have liked a cake with a bit more decoration. He told me to give him 10 minutes so that he could add some detail to the cake. I was presented with a beautiful cake at no extra charge! Thank you for your kind gesture. The lady I bought the cake for was very happy :)

Spidey-senses tingling with excitement when we saw our son's Spiderman birthday cake! A true masterpiece, it made our son's dream into reality. From design to detail was truly remarkable and the taste was perfect. The crawling spiders on the cake made the celebration an unforgettable web-spinning experience!
