Leap in! – NDIS plan management

We have been with Leap In for a few years and have had no issues. They have an amazing app, the monthly statements are very helpful keeping on track with budgets, they run monthly webinars on different aspects of NDIS, their e-books are simple and easy to understand and the weekly newsletters are full of useful and knowledgeable information. They have amazing Plan Managers who are always kind, compassionate, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Recently we had the opportunity to experience a Pre Plan Meeting that they offer before a Plan Review Meeting with NDIS. I was totally blown away by the whole experience. I had the opportunity of engaging with the wonderful and amazing Mim. If I could give her a 100/10 I certainly would. All in all its been an amazing journey with Leap In so far and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Leap in have very high skilled plan managers will always help you and help you with your issues and make sure that you have been paid on time. Leap In provide a lot of emails about things you need that are happening that you need to know. Thank you Jovana, Amy, Abbi, Kail giving David Peace of Mind. I forgot most of all I have to give my thanks to Cecilia and Tabatha for taking the time communicating with me My Carer’s always guide me to communicate and deal with my situation.

We swapped to Leap In a year ago and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone is amazing to deal with and claims are approved and paid really quickly. I would highly recommend Leap In to anyone considering changing or looking for new plan management.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mim a number of times today. Mim was incredibly helpful each time I called. She helped me with each issue I was working through, and was so very friendly, I am so appreciative of her time and assistance.

NDIS made easy! Between their knowledgeable team, and easy to use App that helps me monitor my funding and services I HIGHLY recommend Leap in! Their monthly Budget Health checks help keep me on track to make my budget last throughout the year.

The bills are always paid promptly to service providers and the Leap In! App is user friendly and very helpful to keep track of funds spent and remaining funds, as well as any other information I need to know.

I would recommend Leapin to anyone looking for a plan manager for the NDIS. Their staff are always courteous and willing to help. They are willing to work toward making their app easier to use with Screen Readers for people who are Blind and have low Vision.

Reluctant to call as I knew I had incorrectly submitted a few let’s say exceptionally bad invoices due to myself and lack of knowledge how to do one ( invoice) the employee that took my extra long call made me feel that nothing I could throw at her she couldn’t fix. She was ex exceptional and made me feel that I was valued as their customer… She didn’t rush me through and actually explained what others don’t generally have the time or patience so I understood… Hand on heart if you ever want to come over into the nursing profession know that we would have you in a heat beat!!

Leap In is AMAZING. The people here really care and are so good at what they do.

Leap- In has provided fantastic support to my Fiancé & I.
The service is very efficient.
Their newsletters is “user-friendly”. It’s language is easy to understand.
Last Newsletter included information on how to use the services creatively - & provided Examples.
