Used Enzyme Wizard products for my entire house clean. All the products cleaned like nothing else I have used before and with no nasty side effects of itchy skin or potent vapours. They really did make the entire job so much quicker and less hard work. The other thing is that they left no residue on glass or floors, so no more tacky floors after cleaning them or streaky windows. All came with the excellent advice and service of this long standing business.

Online shop is a scam. Purchased an item a month and a half ago and recieved nothing. No meaningful response to mutiple emails and phone calls. Sounds like alot of people have had the same experience judging by the reviews. Wish I had read them before purchasing.

Was sold the wrong item, came back with the dockets and ask for a refund. I got nothing but rude customer service. His words were “did I sell you the wrong item or did you purchase a wrong item, there is a difference” I will not be back and prey to god this business stays afloat.

Avoid online orders at all costs. I ordered vacuum bags online and never received them. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times and no response. I’ll be challenging the transaction via my bank, and complaining to the consumer protection authorities.

The Rudest man alive! Wanted some vileda cloths & squeegee rubber as friend recommended them. Was told had to buy whole roll of rubber for $400 and Vileda cloths were “useless”! Went across to another friendly shop got rubber for $9 and vileda cloths that are sensational. Avoid this business Big Dill is rude

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, I placed an order in November 2021 it is now May 2022 and I have yet to get my order nor a refund. I've been calling and emailing several times with no luck, I'm out $295.00 for something I never received.
