my wife went in to pickup folic acid 0.5mg pharmacist handed over 5mg my wife questioned this twice and both times the answer was its the same just packaging was different. i drove back to be told the same twice i insisted 0.5 is different to 5mg. the other pharmacist told him i needed the lower amount, he got it without any apology, rude and self righteous

This pharmacy charged me a whopping $63.60 for Rosuzet & Olmetec prescription medication. Never have I paid anywhere near that much previously for this medication. Meanwhile Chemist Warehouse has it for $39.98.
I know that Chemist Warehouse would be cheaper but $63.60 from Kariong pharmacy is a disgraceful price. I won't make the same mistake buying my medication from there again.

Very careless pharmacist. When I call to check on a medication, they said they have it and asked me to send the prescription via mail which I did a week earlier. the day before my collection day, they just drop a mail saying drug is out of stock. It was a rare medication and I was out of the medication for a whole week because of these people’s ignorance. Shame!

over charged on prescription, said nexium no longer on PBS, asked Doctor he sad chemist is wrong. charged $29 other chemists charge $9 90, and dosnt mind letting a few swear words go

They are NOT open until 6pm on weekdays, very annoyed I left work early and drove all the way here to find them closed.
