Boonah Valley Motel

Highly recommended. Staff were very kind and generous. Rooms are huge. Beds comfy. Bathroom good. Would recommend if you are in the area for awhile, as rooms are spacious and motel grounds are lovely. No road noise as far from highway. Would be perfect for families or couples on a holiday.

The staff were amazing. My original wedding venue was cut off due to flood waters but the staff at Boonah Valley Motel allowed us to hold the wedding there. They saved the day and we were able to get married. We also were able to have a small last minute reception in the restaurant. Thank you so much 💜

Service above and beyond! Stayed here to attend a wedding that was meant to be in Kooroomba, but became flooded in with no way of getting to the venue. The staff graciously offered the beautiful gardens as ceremony venue and restaurant for reception. They cleaned up, made up food platters, and even cleared a pathway to allow elderly guests to get to the garden safely in the bad weather. Staff handled the situation with complete professionalism and could not be more accommodating. Food at the restaurant was excellent and the rooms have great views of the bushland behind the grounds.

This is fast becoming a favourite place to stay. The rooms are big and beautiful with lots of extra touches. eg 6 towels in the room. Toast and microwave though we have not used them. It is very quiet and private with very big well equipped bathrooms. eg heater and lighting. The restaurant is a separate business but equally fabulous. You need to book both the rooms and the restaurant as it is very popular. The kitchen is open but very quiet and clean with happy smiling staff. The menu is to die for and both visits we opted for the steak and the pork belly. While we were waiting we were served an inhouse made danish sourdough bread with handmafe butter.The steak is one of the best I have ever had. (very big call). It is accompanied by a lobster tail and some glorious fresh vegetables etc. The pork belly is complimented with an apple and walnut salad. A sorbet between courses to cleanse the pallet which is sadly not served very often these days but beautifully presented. The wine list was interesting and the owner gave us a great rundown on the different choices which were from all over Australia and some imported choices as well. We opted for a bottle of red and a sparkling which were both new to us but would definitely have again. Excellent wines and reasonably priced. Overall the beautiful experience revisited. Can't wait for our next excuse to stay.

Comfortable and roomy and well equipped bathroom for those with mobility issues. Highly recommend this motel just out of Boonah. The setting and neatness of the gardens made it a pleasurable place to stay.

We got stuck in Boonah for 6 nights due to medical emergency. The units were clean roomy and very comfortable and it was great to have their surrounding outdoor areas. Too cold for a swim in the enticing swimming pool though. Staff were excellent

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and there are beautiful gardens on site. Restaurant is great- crispy pork belly was delicious! Highly recommend.

The À la carte service here holds the standard in expectations for top tier fine-dining restaurants in the Scenic Rim. It was an exquisite evening with friendly staff, and a welcoming environment to cater to all of your needs.

I highly recommend this to everyone with interest in a quality dinner out for business or pleasure.

Love staying here stayed weeks there for work. peaceful good food. kangaroos at ur door rooms cleaned every day for u. Owner is so nice. Air-con LCD tv with DVD player free Wi fi. It's ur own studio apartment

WELL, I must say this place was a huge surprise. It is beautiful here. We only stayed one night but it would be great to stay longer. The rooms are massive. I loved it.

Sally the proprietor, Mikayla, a lovely waitress/hostess. Both so welcoming and so very lovely.
Our meal at "The Vue "was extrodinary.
The service, conversation, the food, the chef. .... Absolutely fabulous. Boonah is blessed to have such a facility .

Excellent, unit was in top condition & view from back patio was worth the trip alone. Also the restaurant food was very good along with the service, thoughly recommend a visit.

Really Surprised, Really nice
Only stayed one night due to a wedding. I had to arrange 6 rooms for family & friends originally & Mikayla was so easy to deal with even after I had to cancel 2 due to the NSW lockdown.
We were allowed an early check in so we had time to get ready for the wedding & EVERYONE was really impressed with the rooms, they are lovely.
Thoroughly recommended.

Just held our son's wedding there, great relaxed atmosphere, owners and staff so easy to get on with, food was generous and delicious. Highly recommended.
