Daughters formal dress we purchased from House of London split at the zip (faulty) raced to our dressmaker and she sewed in a zip asap the afternoon of the formal, incredible service, we have been going here for the last 20 years for all our alterations.

I had 4 bridesmaid dresses and four groomsmen ties made here. They were made to measure and were reasonably priced. No complaints. I recommend Double Two for dressmaking/alterations.

A very close friend of mine whom I have known for 10 years was very upset at the end result of her gown made by this business
She purchased the material for her special occasion. It was supposed to be ready in six weeks but it turned out to be almost 12 weeks.
It looks nothing like the photo she sent to the business, it is poorly made and she is unable to move the zipper up and down without help.
The end result the lady went out and bought a beautiful dress for half the price of the one thst was ruined

Gave fabric and a top I wished to be copied over a year ago. Checked in regularly to see if it was ready but was always told it would be a couple more weeks. Last time I dropped in my items had been lost and obviously not made. Very disappointing when trying to support local business. Now on way to pick up my fabric and find someone else. If anyone knows a great dressmaker please let me know!
