Would recommend being homeless instead of going through this company. 2 years, 5 property managers and was in a house with a room full of black mould and a unit block filled with violent drug users. Now have to pay for them to renovate the crack den when I’m currently homeless, and have to pay for things that were addressed in maintenance reports. Borderline illegal behaviour. Wait the 20 years for department of housing honestly. Worst experience of my life.

Most incompetent agents in the nation.They don't care about you,only money.3 years later am still waiting for repairs.🤷

From my experience maintenance takes about a year to be attended to on average and they appear to use deceptive and misleading techniques to avoid responsibility when they clearly know things are their responsibility by law. If you are on the public housing waiting list as well as theirs I would suggest removing yourself from their waitlist before you are subjected to insanity. This is the worst real estate company I have ever encountered in my life and I am 50.
