Vivace Music

I've been a Vivace Music customer for over 15 years and while I have occasionally strayed and gone to other stores, I keep coming back to them for price and service. I was at their Sunnybank Hills store recently and purchased a new digital piano. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me, the price on the piano was the best in town and the delivery exceptional. How can I go anywhere else? Love you guys!!

Needed a glockenspiel case. Staff were kind enough to advise of stock and hold one for us till the weekend. Very friendly and a pleasant experience at the store. Recommended.

Secondly - I ordered a guitar as a gift for my friend - as it was her birthday they helped me by prioritising the order and printed a beautiful birthday message from me. Great experience here when purchasing a bass guitar for my husband. Pauline was very helpful, friendly and had excellent customer service. Also, great service from the Underwood store as they referred me to this shop when I rang them to see if they had the bass I wanted (they didn't). I would definitely come here again for future instruments.

It's my sisters birthday April. So I decided to get her a violin. I don't know much about violin but the vivace staff there were very helpful and showed me what's most suitable for her. I've placed the order now and will pick it up tomorrow. I would recommend them to you. @

Their service was superb and delivered everything they promised on time. I'm delighted with the Kawai DG30 I bought from them. The sound quality and look of the instrument is amazing. The clerk was very helpful in my decision to purchase a guitar. As a novice who recently picked up an instrument, I was overwhelmed by the variety available and was not sure what was most suitable for me. However, this changed when the helpful staff specifically tailored down my options to the ones which met my needs. They had a vast selection to choose from and I'd say the best range available in Brisbane! At the end, I went with the Cole Clark Fat lady Guitar. I was given a great deal for it and very satisfied with my purchase for a long time to come!

I bought a new a amp the Boss Katana 100watt from Vivace Music Underwood. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the product and allowed me to try out the amp for a good 20 mins. They were really good and flexible with the lay buy purchase. They have a good range of stock too. Good shop.

I came in Vivace Music looking to purchase a nice Piano for my kid and the gentleman employed there was able to provide me excellent service and recommended me a high quality Yamaha piano. Everything was smooth from purchase to delivery and my son loves the sound of his new piano! I highly recommend anyone that wants to purchase high quality instrument to come pay a visit to Vivace.

I walked into their sunnybank branch hoping to find a digital piano. Paul at the shop was very helpful, showing me a couple of options, and letting me try out. I was quite impressed. I have seen the same piano sold at other piano stores, but decided to go with Vivace because of the good shopping experience. My piano was delivered today, and properly set up. I am very happy! It is a great piano! Would recommend this shop, especially Paul at sunnybank hills store!

I spent my lunchtime (while it was raining outside) playing with the new Yamaha transacoustic guitar. The staff service and interaction was so good that I ended up buying more than I went in for. Not sure why my wife doesn't like me going in there. I love music shops!

I started to going this store 4 years ago which was when my son started his violin lesson. They have been given and helped us a lot with violin and piano. Books of course but when we had a problem with violin and they even change the strings on the spot. We alway know where to go. Thank you!!

Excellent post-sales service. Unfortunately my needs changed on my order, but the cancellation and refund process was very simple and straightforward and Anthony was very accommodating.

Today we walked into Vivace Music Megastore in Sunnybank plaza. We were greeted with the friendly smile of a young man and helpful young lady. The store was 20 minutes away from closing and they were super accomodating with how long we stayed (4:40pm), 40 minutes after closing just playing guitars and testing amps. The young man who later introduced himself as Allen was super helpful with chosing the right guitar and amp! He defiently knew exactly what he was talking about, all the information that he took much time giving us was helpful and correct. At the end of the day we got EVERYTHING we needed not just a guitar but amp, case, stands and strap! Everything in one store with amazing reasonable prices and the friendly service with a smile. Will defeietly return to this location for all my music needs and would 100% recomend Vivace music in Sunnybank plaza to everyone!

I made a mistake on my order, so I gave them a call. They sorted everything out, helping me get the right item, and they shipped it out the next day.
