Baby Bunting North Lakes

this is a very good store. I could not believe the service i got from Mel. She gave us clear and unbias information regarding car seats. this was an area that no matter what i looked up online I could not get an easy answer. we walked out with exactly what we needed and information to make sure we have made the right choice. 10 out of 10 would recommend speaking with Mel to anyone expecting, her heart is clearly in it.

Was a wonderful experience, everyone was so helpful and I wish we got their names but a bloke spent a good bit of his time talking us through the prams as we came in with little knowledge and unsure of what to look for. Found a pram we love and will be purchasing, then wandered over to the car seats and had a lady give us so much information on seats and which ones would suit best for our needs/car.

Was a victory to walk out with choices made as we're first time parents.

Had the BEST customer service experience today. The ladies served me straight away, went above and beyond ensuring I got the right car seat and even entertained my toddler while I sorted things for new Bub. Above and beyond service, special thanks to Amy the car seat fitter for double checking our current car seat too!

My partner and I have shopped here not only throughout my pregnancy but also afterwards and have never had an issue. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

We recently purchased a cot and mattress package and unfortunately staff weren’t able to tell us when the mattress would be in store for us to pick up we discussed upgrading the mattress and paying the extra cost within 10 minutes one of the lovely staff members called us back and informed us management was happy to upgrade the mattress no extra cost! We just had to pay the remaining balance of the laybuy purchase. I would highly recommend visiting the store to all friends and family!

Had the easiest warranty experience at Northlakes through Georgia! All in one day checked the faulty car seats, ordered the replacements, booked us in the following weekend for the install. It was just a really good customer experience for something I anticipated was going to be stressful. Thank you Northlakes baby bunting and Georgia!

Fantastic staff at this store, always very helpful. I have purchased alot over the last few years but most recently I purchased another car seat. The staff member who helped me, listened to what I wanted and gave me a few options.
Always my go to store when I need anything for my family.

Great after service.

We bought a pram, the wheels were faulty (no fault of Baby Bunting) and kept turning in, so we couldn’t push the pram. My husband took it back to the store. The pram was sent for repairs. It was then told to him, that it was a known fault of the pram (not sure why the company hasn’t put a recall out for the pram). It came back and worked well for a couple of weeks. The fault returned.

The manager was understanding. She could understand why we were feeling helpless and frustrated. She said to return the pram (at their cost) and gave us a credit note for the entire cost of our pram bundle

Although they were understaffed and very busy, they were able to help me through my issues. The lovely lady behind the till, helped me carry my purchases to the car.

Good to know that, that particular pram has been discontinued and no longer been made or sold.

My partner and I are due for our first child soon and we must resemble a pair of deer in head lights! The guys at baby bunting from the staff inside the store to the warehouse guys have gone above and beyond to help us every time we come in. My partner and I are very grateful for their kindness and how friendly everyone who works there is :) so happy you guys are our local now and we will be seeing a lot more of you!

Phenomenal service and advice. The entire team,Amber H, Sam, Jamai S and Rachel were incredibly helpful and knowledge is amazing. Every visit the team at NL could not help enough and nothing was ever an issue. Amber H and Sam in particular helped guide me for the best safety features for my grandson without any pressure, whilst delivering reassurance and spectacular information. If you want great service with a smile and a ‘we got you’ Outlook’…. you cannot go past this north lakes team.

Our experience was an amazing today!!! We're going to be newly parents and we had no idea while we entered the store that which brand we should go for. A lady named Jennifer, she helped us and explained each and every detail related to the products (stroller and baby seat). She also gave us a good deal.
If you're living in North Brisbane, and need to buy something for your baby just don't think too much and visit North lakes branch.
PS: we had wasted our time visiting Aspley branch where we have very bad experience with floor staff.
Anyways, my husband and I both are happy with our products. We're also excited to share with our baby very soon and looking forward to buy other things from this store :)

Not sure what is going on with the reviews about bad service. I went to this baby bunting for the first time and was immediately greeted by friendly staff, asking if I needed help. After browsing for a while, I was helped out by Sam, who was able to help me with a complex order and even assisted in loading it into my car.
10/10 service, shoutouts to Sam!
