Parking was easy. Team Member kindly assisted me promptly with what I needed for our teething puppy. Team Member checked if I was a member & I was surprised to find I was through online order. Very happy with my purchases & pricing.

Stopped in to get advice on my peach face love birds. Staff were happy to listen and offer advice. Suggested I use their online vet chat which I intend on using to get further advice on my pet birds as there is video call available and saves me stressing birds out by physically taking them to a vet. There is a neat range of goodies for all types of pets (bought my cat a cute feeding dish which is flat to avoid whisker fatigue!).

Large variety, spacious store with abundance of space for car parking. Being next door to a vet is an advantage.

Store is almost always well stocked and staff are friendly and helpful. Being a member helps with slight discounts in prices plus the ability to look up your purchases in case you need to return or exchange an item.

Right next door to the vet, great service and good prices. They are even pet friendly and my dog loves to visit here, whenever we go to the vet we will always pop in to take a wander around the shop, you never know what you did not know you needed... We get all the things we need from here food to bedding to bowls or a leash. Friendly staff who seem to be passionate about animals. We love to visit this store.

They stock the treats we were looking for that we can't find anywhere else! Staff was friendly and really helpful. We were there shopping the other day with my own dog and a puppy I'm babysitting at that time. They really had fun browsing the treat section. Puppy had a little accident inside and I notified the staff apologetically. They cleaned it up right away and were very accommodating. Again I'm so sorry for the mess. Will definitely be back with my own dog as she loves to go out with me to shops and this one definitely is now our favourite go-to!

Have been using petstock grooming for our dog for nearly 1 year. Friendly service. Dog is happy to attend. They wash him give him a tidy up and clip his nails. He always walks out of there happy and swaying his backside from one side to the other as if to say look at me!! Great service. They even all remember his name.

Well one happy customer here. I went in for advice today as my fish were dying and I wanted some new ones. I took some of the water with me. It was tested for free and I was told exactly how to fix the levels and to wait a little bit and get it retested before I buy some new fish !!!! Thank you so much Emily and Kris for helping me and thank you from my future fish !! :)

I dont get why there are negative reviews from this shop, because I got experience a fantastic service. The location is great, spacious store and they got an amazing staff will help you. I got my 1 month stock of dog food here while were going to be away for vacation for a month.

Pet stock VET have been absolutely amazing with my beautiful boy. He recently passed there but they did everything they could to make him feel comfortable and at peace. They always helped us out as much as they could with finances and any issues we had and looked after him to the best of their ability. Special mention to Dr Sarah who was there through his medical journey every step of the way and the wonderful team there. It was a place he loved, not feared.

Lovely friendly knowledgeable staff and nothing is too much trouble for them. Purchased our fish tank very happy with it.

Great service and food for all types off animals

Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Vets are awesome. One of our cats even has a favourite vet nurse. Great people who take great care.

Had a great experience for my cat of 11 years old. He had a very big growth on his foot which they removed for him. He has recovered great considering he is very active, can barely see the scar. They have been great with the post op follow up appointments as well. Highly recommended for care and reasonably priced compared to others in my area.

Misheard the cat I wanted over the phone but matched us with 1 that seems to be perfect 🥰
