I have been coming here to treat my pigmentation. I have received friendly and professional service every time. I recommend getting a skin analysis done, which helps determine which treatments might suit your skin best. I learnt that I have normal skin, which is so helpful. The therapists are lovely and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and feel pampered. Look out for the awesome deals on display, which do change, and save you money by buying in bulk.

I visited this salon for the first time today and I’m still in awe of how incredible my experience was. I was looked after by Brook and I must say she was amazing from the moment I got there until the moment I left. I had the most relaxing experience and she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin and knowing what is best for yours. I can’t get over how amazing my skin feels and looks at that facial. I honestly cannot recommend her enough. I will be back . Thank you again Brook, you’re amazing.

Amazing, relaxing, friendly, understanding and great team.

I have been on rest leave and as I had a voucher from my daughter for my birthday in January I booked in for a massage and facial. I am currently on rest leave and had a really stressful morning getting to the appointment as I live a distance away and weather/storms etc. were against me. I was running late and Selina couldn't have been any more accommodating she moved a few things around which meant I didn't have a wasted trip, so calm and relaxed she was great.

I then had my treatments with Josie who was amazing, I am always nervous with new people as you never know what their way of doing things is like. Well I couldn't have been happier, Josie gave a really good massage, even though she is tiny framed she was better than most I have been to over the years. The facial was super relaxing and the two hours I had with Josie was two hours of bliss.

I came out feeling extremely relaxed which was a complete turnaround from how I have been feeling all week and especially that morning.

Steph is absolutely beautiful and so lovely! My skin has never been better, I couldn’t recommend her more!!! Such great service and always gives the best advice for my skin - I don’t think I can bring myself to let anyone else touch my skin she’s just that good.

I had the first of a series of 6 in the Signature massage series and was looked after by Emma. Her treatment and the whole experience was amazing. She focused on problem areas and paid attention and remained focused on zoning in on tight muscles and maintaining firm pressure that I asked for. The treatment flowed beautifully without any breaks when using hot rocks or other treatments. I left feeling really pampered and appreciative of Emma's care and dedication and recommend her and the salon to anyone requiring a great massage and relaxing experience.

I got a very relaxing massage today from the lovely Emma. The massage was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep at one point, but she also worked out some knots in my neck and calves too which was great. Definitely recommend getting a massage here😌

I decided to treat myself to a Pedicure whilst on holidays, and it was soooo relaxing and just amazing. I was looked after by Ashely and she was very caring in all aspects of the pedicure and even took the extra time to fix a “smudge” that 1 of my own crooked toes caused 😅.
I highly recommend Selena and her team to look after you…. 💜💜💜💜💜

I get my eyebrows and lashes done here often. I will see anyone and they do an amazing job all the time. Jessica did outstanding work on my eyelash lift... just looked amazing 👏

Thoroughly enjoyed my massage and facial. Very relaxing, and they checked in along the way, listened to my requests and adjusted treatment accordingly.

Maddi did an amazing luminous lift facial. It was relaxing and rejuvenating. Would highly recommend a facial from Maddie.

Going to miss my weekly facial but grateful to see results from the treatments. Not only was she great at what she does, Josie was really easy to get along with and took the time to get to know you and your skin. All the girls are so welcoming and help recommend products and samples so you can try before you buy which I really appreciate! Looking forward to my monthly facials now

I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant and had my second ever Brazilian by Kylie at the NorthLakes store. I couldn’t speak more highly of the service she gave me. She was so gentle and caring. She did such a great job, I was honestly shocked with how different the experience was compared to my first wax at a different business. I will definitely be a repeat customer for a variety of services.
