They have the coin dispenser even for $50 bills!

It was very clean and bright and had a camera so it felt safe and I’d be happy to go and use the laundromat at any time. I liked that it had signs saying how long the washers and dryers take and that I could pay electronically. It meant I didn’t have to worry about finding some coins to use. They do charge a fee if you only get the smaller amounts of credit to use.
The signs also said “washer will automatically add detergent” but I wasn’t 100% sure if that meant I didn’t need to add any and there wasn’t any detergent machines around so I checked their website and they mention that free mild-detergent gets added to every wash. So that’s good but I found it a little unclear.

It was my first time going to a laundromat. The costing of it all was hard to understand. There is no time limit provided for how many coins you put in. You kind of just have to wing it by putting in your coins then finding out the time limit. Although, it’s pretty self explanatory, for my first time I think there should be more instruction/steps or at least a paper to guide time limits etc. The physical washing and drying was good.

There was no supply of detergent. I needed to buy some detergent.

I didn't know that place was like yes still existed. Not quite as modern as some of the ones I've seen in Europe but if efficient clean and up-to-date anyhow.

I did two loads of washing here because I just moved house and don't have a machine yet. The place was clean and I felt safe at 9.30pm. The payment system was easy.

But I don't think the machines let very much soap in the wash because I didn't see any bubbles. At first I thought maybe it was a soap that didn't foam up so I let it slide and put my things in the dryers. When I got home and folded my things I noticed they still smelled bad! Especially my workout clothes and towels. There was no fresh smell at all. I'm pretty disappointed because the whole thing cost me $25 to wash and dry my clothes which are still dirty. At least I set the washes on the hot setting.

The dryers are good though!

I recommend you bring your own soap to put in the machines! I think everything would be fine with just more soap.

WORST washing machines! Don’t recommend!

I have been travelling on the road for quite some time, frequently using laundromats so I don’t have the highest standards for the quality of cleaning that happens in the machine however they usually get the job done… NOT here! I’ve just wasted $64 and 3hrs washing/drying all our clothes and bedding, started folding and realised every single item will need to be rewashed. Very frustrating especially with a 6 month old baby that I’ll have to go out to another laundromat and spend 3 more hrs to finally get clean clothes.

Save your money and time! Go anywhere else

Edit: reply to owner - the machines didn’t wash the clothes, all of my clothes still have dirt, marks, light strains etc

Wasted $11 trying to dry clothes in RP14.

Turned up for only 5.5 mins when I inserted 3 dollars.

Then didn’t turn up at all when I put 4 dollars.

I didn’t include the detergent as there is a sign that says DETERGENT INCLUDED . However, the clothes did not smell fresh and clean. I wasted my money in this place
