We have bought hens from here and they are very generous laying hens! Still laying everyday 1.5 years later. We regularly buy feed as well and are convinced that's why they lay so well! Awesome and friendly staff who always greet with a smile!

Steve and the team run a smooth operation- and they produce some of the tastiest eggs around. Nice yellow yolks and full of flavour. The hens are well cared for with loads of room to free range too.

Golden eggs are the best beautiful orange yolks, perfect for poaching, omlettes or anything baked using eggs. Steve also gives free advice on the phone to help care for your chooks. My Ostrlorpe cross was broody and was molting not just under her but even on her neck. I started feeding her Steve's Golden Laying Mash made fresh every day. Miss Black survived, got all her feathers back and is still going strong 3 years later. I also use the manure Gold Dust on my garden which gives me a lift when I see my plants lidt their spitits as well. Beautiful coloured eggs and lovely flavour and you can definitely taste the difference compared to other eggs. I use the manure on my garden each season and it is proliferative with vegetables!
