We were blown away by our experience with Kitchen Connection, Damian and Dean were understanding and patient. We feel like we have returned to a brand new home.
All the trades were outstanding, Mick, Will, Gene, Christian. On time and professional.
Communication with all involved was easy and very helpful.
We very much appreciate the extensive experience of everyone involved particularly in the planning stages. Never having done this type of renovation before it was reassuring to have Gareth, Damian, and Dean to guide us towards an excellent result.

Brilliant! From our first experience at the North Lakes showroom, we were impressed by the customer service and product knowledge. We went in pretty well researched as we had been planning a kitchen & laundry reno for a long while, so we knew basically what we wanted and how we wanted it to look.

The sales team spent time showing us all of the options, sharing advice and helping us refine our preferences, then arranged to have a designer come by to quote on our reno THAT AFTERNOON! We were really impressed at the speed of service and our designer Damien was a great bloke.

We were a good 5 months out from the final check measure and installation, which gave us time to order our appliances and make some small tweaks to the plan (we found our own handles and swapped them out etc). Nothing was too much trouble and communication was good throughout.

The only issue of note was a loose plumbing fitting that resulted in a minor leak under our island sink. When reported it was dealt with quickly and with minimal fuss. We were happy with the outcome and LOVE our new kitchen! ❤

We had Natasha out to design our kitchen and we could not be happier. So easy to talk to, very creative with ways to maximize the storage options in the small space we had. We absolutely love our new kitchen.

Our Stunning new kitchen is now completed. To say we are happy with the end result would be an understatement, very functional and timeless in its design and finish.
The team were very responsive from the planning stage right through to the installation. I would like to give a special mention to the installer Daniel Jackson - he did an amazing job, using his years of experience to the utmost. TDM glass who installed the glass splashback also did an amazing job and the price was great.
My only criticism is, if I was to get another Kitchen install, I would source out my own Sparky and Plumber as I found their prices somewhat high, though they did a good job.

From budget to extravagant renovations Kitchen Connection does it all and the North Lakes store have the know how to make your dream kitchen happen. Julie and Jeremy have been absolutely fantastic, they made the entire process effortless yet exciting. From the 3D imagery of our kitchen, finance options, six week turn around, quality appliances, product warranties; I'm so thankful we booked in for one of their free consultations, there's been no looking back or second guessing our decisions.

A vote of excellence for my new kitchen! From the initial consultations in store, through to the final detail of the finished product, the service and attention to quality was always of a very high standard. A big thanks to Sarah for her friendly support and to all the team at KC North Lakes!

I'm so happy I walked in to Kitchen Connection Northlakes. Thanks to both Julie - great customer service; and Jeremy for putting up with me and my wacky ideas and constant changes. But those changes and your patience has brought my dream kitchen to life. So excited :)
