We are so lucky to have such a well stocked store here in Townsville. The place is incredibly busy and appears to only have limited staff so sometimes it can take a while to be served or for the phone to be answered, but the staff really know their stuff and are all very helpful. Easily the best stocked auto parts store in the region.

I turned up at Repco close to closing time after finishing work because my car had failed to start. I got a push start and I thought I may need a new battery. Josh tested my car's 4 year old battery and confirmed my suspicion. I chose the stronger of the 2 batteries available. I work nearby and my situation was unexpected. I was expecting to buy a battery and find my own way home to install the battery myself. Josh searched for some tools in the store and we worked together to install the new battery. It was five minutes after closing time by the time my car got started again. 100% I appreciate that Josh went over and above. Not only that a couple of his colleagues waited around to make sure things were going okay. The lady in the store was also understanding and helpful. One of his colleagues also delved into his personal socket set to help find a socket part to make things easier. Guys, thank you so much. I'm a long term Repco customer from another town, and will definitely return to this store.

Some of the most random items from random cars were found on the shelf ready to go! And reasonably priced! Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Were able to assist in ordering custom seat covers - Will continue to shop here!

Had alternator issues in Cairns and rang Mark in Townsville to see whether I could risk the trip down to him. He advised against and gave me the details of good local mechanics who could squeeze me in. A great result for a stranded traveler. Can recommend both Repco Townsville and Cairns highly

Nicole at the Garbutt Repco is an absolute superstar. After being told by a number of different stores, including Toyota parts, that the part no longer existed, Nicole was able to get the NippoDenso part number and track it down, and then even found one on the shelf! She totally embodies the Repco spirit and is why I always go back there.

I recently looked around to purchase a 4WD air compressor and spoke with the team at Repco Townsville. As it turned out the compressor that I wanted was on special and there was only one left in stock. The last one was located in the Mount Isa store and the team promptly had it put on the next truck to Townsville. Thanks team, your polite and promt service was much appreciated. 😀
