This is the best cash converters I’ve been to in Vic! Great staff and always so helpful.! I have moved from the area to an hour away (Narre Warren) but I always travel back to this one even though there is a cash converters less than a kilometre away from my home!

Gives you better prices for video games and accessories then EB Games, as long as they are in good condition. Recommended.

Honestly great team and service usually, the store manager leaves a lot to be desired, would much rather direct a customer out of the store than put in some time to help them or atleast put the at ease, travelling an hour to pick something up under instructions from his team then being turned away because i followed the instructions i was given is not a great way to start a day, and blaming the fault on your team instead of taking the time to do your job "managing them" and teaching them the correct proccesses to do their job effectivly and not have customers like my self have to plan entire days around a miscommunication. Dissapointed to say the least, i didnt catch His name but he should pick up his slack

It's ok, I've not got a loan here, but looking at their stuff, there is not a huge selection.. If you are after a true bargain try savers down the road.

They were good back in the day. Around 10 years ago, when DVDs were still the 'norm' and accepted as a trade in for cash. I went in there a few years ago begging for a small loan with a stack DVDs I had (plus some jewellery) and they just turned me away. Really disappointing that they don't want to help out struggling people and students, even though I can pay them back.

My wife purchased goods from them that they could not have tested... Renegotiated was to hand back and refund (even though I wanted the goods) as the woman behind the counter tried to put me in a rock and a hard place. Had to threaten to call head office and another rep that was far more amicable assisted me by giving me a $20 refund as I would have to track down the parts to test myself. I went back today and purchased a game at a 2nd hand premium - have just found out it is a Chinese Fake worth $5 and I paid $35 BUYER BE VERY WARY of this shop! Take the mobile phone in and google the goods and ensure you expect very closely. Any items that are Fake and being charged a premium should be reported on their Website which I'll be doing now...

They need a new manager. If the current manager goes away, I might go back there. Till then - you lost a very good customer, I had no issues with them up until the new manager was put in charge. She said no to this and no to that and I don't like being lied to. Right in front of my face.
(Sorry to all the others that work there, you have done nothing wrong, it's your manager that needs to open their god damn eyes).

i googled to see if the shop was open on a sunday. it told me it was open from 10am to 5pm. until i got there. it lookes to me as if it was open on sundays once before but has been scratched off the window. thanks for wasting part of my sunday!!!. come on and get your open hours correct!!
other then that, staff are nice and friendly.
