Car Stackers International

This morning another tenant had driven into the gate that protects my car in the stacker. It was jammed and I needed to get to work. A quick call to the car stackers team and my tech arrived within 1/2 an hour, made some quick adjustments and I was on my way. Crisis averted and most responsive tradies ever !!!

I am the first to admit I was apprehensive when I found out I was going to have to park my car on a car stacker. But after an induction I was more than comfortable. Found the system to be very reliable, company is professional, easy to deal with, system has broken down once in 3 1/2 years and that was due to another user. They came out in under an hour and system back up and running in no time.

I was really impressed with the technician that trained me on my new car stacker. So very professional and well presented that I now love my very own robotic parking spot. Thanks guys 👍

The stackers have continual issues, they move up and down at a snails pace, and the technicians are unprofessional - there is no communication / they take their sweet time to resolve issues. God forbid I ever drop my keys or phone down the side of one of these contraptions... I'd probably be waiting a week for my item to be retrieved, if at all

I’ve found the company to be very dishonest and unreliable to deal with, particularly the general manager, Kevin Wardle. I wouldn’t use them if I had my time again.

a tenant from 151 Huntingdale Rd building and the car stacker is not working at all. happening 2nd time within 10 days now and no response when call them. what a joke

I had an induction for parking my car reserved for 7am in the morning and nobody arrived to do the induction. It wasted almost 3-4 hrs of my day trying to follow-up as I had taken half day from work to attend the induction. And when I asked for a reason for such irresponsible and unprofessional attitude towards clients, their response was just a simple: 'We don't know what happened'. There is strong mismanagement from the operations side of the company. Soanyonegetting inducted

Car stacker has been broken for over 8 months. Called out 15+ times, unable to fix. Pretty much given up on it and them being able to fix it.

Very unreliable, I've lived in a building with their car stacker about a year and half and their has been more than 10 times that it's not working properly. It's either simply not working or stuck at some point.

Their products are terrible. The car stakers always break, at least 2 times per week. They never really fix the problems.

Terrible service, average product. Unreliable and unprofessional. Expect to harrass for service and for technician to turn up unannounced and without the parts they need. Multiple visits required to resolve simple issues. Avoid.

This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend working with this company. They are incapable of dealing with after hour call outs and the staff I have dealt with there are so rude it is actually unbelievable. Avoid having to deal with this company at all costs.
