So amazing to see a female manager in the store! I've had lovely interactions with the male staff in the past, but as a woman keen to talk toys it's really really nice to have a woman to chat to behind the counter. Elle is super knowledeageble and non-judgemental. She has great recommendations and brings a lovely vibe to the store.

Was served by Elliot a few days ago and he was super thoughtful and understanding of all my first-time bondage questions! He walked me through the entire process and what I thought was going to be a suuuuper awkward experience ended up being a successful and educational visit. Also love that he used gender-neutral language when talking about the herbal viagra too?! It was unexpected since that stuff is always so unnecessarily gendered haha. With a gorgeous range of products and such inclusive, considerate staff… what’s not to love!

Elliot and James's severed my partner and I, and were very accommodating and knowledgeable on the extensive product within store. LGBTIQ+ friendly place; and overall great vibes from staff and other patrons. 5/5 Would recommend :D!!

Guy was nice and welcoming didn't make me feel ashamed at all. made me felt comfortable and was able to crack some jokes together which was the best. very funny guy. even if you not into the products just visit to say hi to the bloke

He goes by many names. James. The pleasure master. The cl*toris whisperer. However he is introduced to you, the guys a legend. He helped us with our first toy as well as some fully sick Skyrim tips. He answered our questions and blessed us knowledge.

Went there with the girlfriend, the guy was really friendly and knowledgeable. He definitely knew his stuff and wasn’t pushing to make a sell, he just gave us his recommendations and let us decide what was best for us.
