Secure Parking - 12 - 20 Flinders Lane Car Park

Parked here last Sunday. I booked a spot online the night before, taking advantage of the $5 weekend parking.
Easy to navigate and find using my GPS, plenty of parking only had to go up 1 level from entry. The code I was given for my prepaid entry had no issues on entering and exiting

Very small spaces if you have a large car. Great location. Close to all the major events areas. Easy to get in and out of.

Very easy to find a spot! Make sure to park in advance it was very good deal $11 or $12 for booking in advance :)

Really convenient location, but very small car spaces.
You really need to pick and choose your spot as apart from spaces being narrow, there is limited space when you reverse out, so with a medium to large SUV, it can involve a fair bit of back and forth to get out.
You also need to be nimble to squeeze yourself into and out of your car without hitting the car next to you with your door.

The car park itself is ok. Be warned it shuts at midnight. I completely missed the signs and assumed it was 24 self service. If you want your car back it’s a $125 call out fee to get the garage opened so I just went home and came back in the morning.

The Wilsons car park a few down doesn’t shut so if you’re going to Garden state or any of those bars you’re better parking in that. Car stayed from sat 9pm til Sunday 10am and cost me about $32 , reasonable, thought it was going to be much more.

The parks are small and corners are tight so if you’ve got a large car like a commodore or large SUV you could do it but only if you’re someone who handles stress well. If not just find an untimed park in Richmond maybe something on church st and Uber to city. So much less stress.

We park here when in town as its the facility easiest to get back out of the City ( for us) . The place clean and we haven't had a problem with safety concerns. Best to book online as the pricing is better and saves a lot of hassle.
