Ordered 2 big candles - delivered exactly when advised they would be. Would always recommend to everyone. Am Stage 4 Melanoma and the candles are so calming and also hold there aroma so well - burn them constantly

Candles aren't as good as they used to be the wicks don't burn evenly Even though I trim my wicks when I re light them they pop and carry on and have black smoke I've been buying these candles for many years and never had a problem until this year I even bought one of the extra large candles to try the were $65 and even that was horrible the wicks bearly had a flame and also burned constantly black I had to keep cleaning the glass think I may need to find a new candle supplier unfortunately

I ordered it as a Christmas gift. but it ripped like this and the box ogt oil on it. I couldn't give it to anyone. I sent a message but no one responded. Nobody cares after order.. bad customer service. I don't recommend this store.

20 days later, still waiting for my order. No response to emails or voice messages left. This company has extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend anyone order from them. Disgraceful service, you should be ashamed!

Terrible customer service.
Placed order on 3/3/2024, no tracking number, no stock delivered and no one answers emails or calls.

Very frustrating trying to chase order which I needed for gifts this week and no response to emails. I rang the customer service number provided in one of the below reviews and the
y say email your enquiry !! No one actually answers the phone lol.

This review is in relation to an online order placed on 2nd March. Today is the 20th of March and my order still has not arrived. Australia post tracking estimate is 27th March. This will be the first and last time ordering with this company, let’s hope their products are not as bad as their customer service!!

I have contacted this company directly several times via email, phone, social media without success and now they are erasing comments so customers cannot see and they are not dealing with the situation.

I have ordered a couple products from this company and I have not received anything. This is ongoing for several months.

They have taken payment but I have received no products.

Customer service is horrible, there is false advertising, payments taken and no product.

You need to update your website's. The phone number for Frankston us disconnected, and when I tried to call you guys for some information, you didn't answer any of my attempts.
I did eventually find Frankston store and couldn't be happier with the service.

Have place an order 3/9 today being 20/9 - 17 days and still no delivery (expect time 5-7)
I have emailed no response I have called no answer and not able to leave a message I have called the wholesale number left message no response I have called a store who said they would call me back and still nothing absolutely disgusting customer service and online shopping.
