Great parking spot I the city. Like all car parks it’s not very cheap but it is very convenient. The car park is well lit and feels secure and you feel secure in their. There are many ramps to drive around and around as you work your way down the carpark. The staff at the entrance are always pleasant and helpful

Great location although the entire experience was incredibly frustrating for someone who doesn’t come into the city often.
The address of the car park was not clear and had me lost from the very beginning.
We were unable to use the lifts and had to wait for others who had access cards to allow us access, this made absolutely no sense given its a public carpark.
And the signage inside the car park was incredibly confusing, not a single exit sign for cars leaving only exit signs for pedestrians leaving us driving around confused for a few min until we could figure out the layout.

Good location, the pin code screen was out of order! Stuff member had to let me in and out

Convenient location, book before you go

Looks like they sell out spots more than available....cars were parked while blocking other cars, if so, you need to hand over key at the office

I pre booked a space for the day at $25 which I thought was great value as the early bird offer. Our appointment in the city finished earlier than expected so we left at 13:30… I have now been charged an additional $48 because I left the car park before 14:00! This is the cost of another 3 hours parking without booking. This wasn’t clearly explained in the conditions and it is an absolute joke and robbery.

So I went online to book a parking which it says flat rate $24 and otherwise it's $25. What it doesn't tell you is the booking fee which is $1.10 and ofcourse paying by card the surcharge too. This is Early bird for you! Secure parking is just making use of it's customers nothing else!

Over priced parking fire hazard. If there was a fire here people would be trapped.
Don't even try with a 4x4 you won't get in the parks.
