I’d like to say thank you to Lilli whose customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Being she was the only sales person on the floor with about 10+ cuatomers in the store at once. Very attentive and lovely making sure everyone was happy! She deserves a pay raise!!!

First time leaving a review for a retail store but this is an absolute must.
Big shout out to Reilly from the Chadstone store. Reilly is an absolute legend! Exceptional customer service and nothing is ever too much for him. He is always with a smile and is extremely pleasant to deal with.

Me and my partner love Industrie clothing and we have always been well looked after by Reilly at Chadstone. The first time Reilly served us, we actually walked in 5 mins before they were meant to close on a Friday evening around 8:55pm I think. Now, I have worked in retail and I know what it’s like when customers walk in when the shop is about to close. But, Reilly was so friendly and helpful! He did not rush us at all and was super patient. And it was a similar incident today, we went in just close to closing time around 8:30pm and he was his happy and friendly self as always - helped us out with everything with no hesitation.

I hope management sees this comment as Reilly is a huge asset to your company! His customer service is exceptional and I have rarely ever encountered this type of customer service. We will keep going back because of him and I’m sure others who have been served by him would say the same. He totally deserves a nice Christmas bonus!!

Alesha was so lovely and helpful, even with a huge Christmas rush. She was happy, friendly and made sure we were taken care of.

After being referred by Lily at Richmond I called and spoke with Alex who was super nice and took the time to assist me with my exchange and even called me back to confirm it had all been sorted. A great experience from both stores.

I normally wld always shop online but today decided to go into the Chadstone Industrie store and I was so glad I did. I was greeted by a team member with a beautiful smile. Her name was Georgie and offered myself the most outstanding customer service I hve had in a long time. So enthusiastic and asking the right questions in order to assist me, I couldnt believe how much she knew about every garment, the sizing and how each garment sat on the body depending on the size. Georgie had quite a few customers come into the store whilst I was there and delivered the same fabulous customer service to each and everyone of them. She is exceptionally good at styling and helping you put things together with yr existing wardrobe. Guys if you are looking for someone to style you visit the Chadstone store ask for Georgie, she is truely amazing. Industrie is so very blessed to hve a team member like her. Thankx again Georgie 🌻

Absolutely love Industrie Clothing. My favourite brand and I am quite bias when it comes to shopping for clothes as I wont really wear anything else as the quality and comfort and also range is like no other. The staff are great and is a company I would highly recommend investing your money in and would love someday to be apart of their company.

Great cloths selection, pretty good prices, staff where nice but buzy doing there own thing. Shop was clean.

I think I am overly generous here, for once the staff was not that helpful... Only if you approach them and ask for help otherwise goodluck on getting any assistance even if they "know" you are already standing there for 15 mins trying to make eye contact and yet no response. Being busy or not is not an excuse to provide a good customer service. I think it is just a Chadstone thing. Good luck shopping here on boxing day

Never a good sign when you are not greeted upon entry

Horrible service when I visited the chadstone store late afternoon 4:30pm Friday 3rd May...... I wasn't greeted or acknowledged.....not even once and I was there with my son for at least an hour....I think one of the sales assistant was named Stella, there was also a 2nd female sales assistant they talked among themselves the whole time about their own issues....we were made to feel uncomfortable when asking for a size ... I decided not to give them a sale and proceeded towards Myer instead!

The staff didn’t acknowledge the customers , was generally very unprofessional
