I use the Wilson App and book my parking at a cheaper price. You have to drive to level 3 and above to find the public spots. I love Flinders Gate as it is so conveniently located and easy to access great restaurants, shopping and Fed Square and I enter by tapping my phone (apple pay) so no need to get a ticket and pay before you get in the car !!
