We love coming to CS vet! The staff always makes us and our puppy feel so welcome! Special mention to our vet Ebony is amazing. She is so kind and patient. You can tell she really cared not just about our puppy but for us as well. She always made sure we understood everything and never rushed us. We also did puppy school and junior manners school here with Kerryn and her helper Vicki who are both amazing at what they do. The classes are so worth it and I feel like they’ve really set us up for the future with our puppy! All these positive experiences has made our puppy always so eager to come to the vet!

This is by far the vest vet I have ever experienced. The entire team are so caring and go above and beyond. Our two cats have Feline Leukemia Virus and they have truly treated them as if they were their own. Dr. Ebony has been phenomenal in their care, she always makes sure we know all our options and she would do everything she possibly could to ensure they have the best treatment. Unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one of our boys and their support throughout the whole process was really amazing. They even sent us beautiful flowers for our Banjo.

I like that they take the time to explain all the options for treatment and allow you to make decisions with confidence.

Probably not the cheapest, but that's not really a priority criteria.

Very friendly staff and they genuinely care about the pets. They are my regular vet for Robbie from Robe.
They give me great advice and how to take care of Robbie. Their website has amazing videos and tutorials on how to take care of your dog and make him a great companion.

Such an amazing vet and lovely people, they showed so much sympathy and love towards me and my family with the passing out of beloved rabbit Simba. Thank you all again so much and I’m sure Simba is looking down from rabbit heaven and happy you took care of him as best you could. Lots of love x

After years at Bacchus Marsh Vet, wrong diagnosis constantly, advised to see CS vet Hospital. Now I know, what a Vet should be like. Informative, caring, take their time explaining. Marika a Treasure, as are other Vets & Reception staff. No overcrowding in Reception area, seen to very quickly, I can’t speak Highly enough.

Caroline Springs Veterinary Hospital have always taken good care of our dog Daisy. Unfortunately we had to lay her to rest on the weekend but my family would like to give a huge thank you to all the staff at Caroline Springs Veterinary Hospital over the last 10 years who have looked after our girl.
