Parking was good for staying at the hotel. Car was accessible and told the attendant would be leaving in an hour only to come back with two cars double parked behind it.

Taking advantage of the close proximity to the theatre precinct. $27 flat rate for Sunday parking boldly displayed but small font time limit to 9pm. Our wonderful theatre experience was dampened as the performance finished at 9.10pm and we were slugged $70 for the pleasure. Gouging is alive and well.

Car park is very tight and small. There are two ticket machines. One on B1 suppose to accept cash or card but of course the cash never works. B2 accept card only with 2% surcharge of course. Not the cheap place to park and you have to use the hotel elevator to get in and out.

Super expensive while others at the same region charged you only 14 dollars flat they charged you 27 dollars for one day! The parking lots are too narrow making you feel very uncomfortable when opening door

Do NOT park here. This parking complex is a SCAM. Advertised for $27 Sunday special flat rate but charged $70 upon exit. Absolutely disgusting treatment when we returned to the carpark at 9:10 after the show, we were left waiting until 10pm and only exited due to extreme frustration at numerous attempts for help. We weren’t the only ones, with 7 other cars in the same position. Absolutely appalling customer service and no attempts at resolving the matter based on FALSE advertising. Who is going to check the website before entering a car park to read the fine print???? I’m driving a car.

Expecting to pay $27 for Sunday rates, as broadly displayed on the front board. My performance at her majesty’s theatre finished at 9:10pm. I was expected to pay $70, this is an absolute scam, you expect people to pay an additional $43 for an extra 10 minutes. This is ridiculous. We waited along with 20 other people to pay the price that was displayed. We were put on hold and was not helped with this situation. Terrible service and such a scam price. Will not be back.

The sign display says $27 flat rate Sunday..we got bait and didn’t know till we got to the pay station later in the evening. We parked there because it wasn’t a far walk from the her majesty theatre, we had two elderly with us at the time.
Theatre we saw was the beauty and the beast which started at 6:30p and goes till 9:15p
The show ended and takes another 5 minutes to walked back to the car park with two elderly accompanied. Went to the pay station to pay and was expect to pay $70! Never again. Lesson learned.as we wore leaving the car park, 10 or more so cars are involved in the same situation. Ripping the public off with their price gauging. Check the footage cam if you don’t believe me. The other drivers are trying to talk to the PA speaker for assist and help but was place on hold by the robot machine and couldn’t get through to it(is like they know this will happened so they avoid it).and again all this does was created and holding up the queues with others drivers been frustrated and honking from behind cars which wasn’t the front of the cars fault to begin with. no star given here but it won't let me post if I dont rate a star.

Unfortunately got quite a shock when it came to the pay station. Sunday flat rates beware. If you don’t leave before 9:00pm, they will charge you $70. Wife and left the theatre at 9:15 and got to our car. 15 minutes cost us an extra $43. Spoke to the attendant and couldn’t care less. Checked the website and it’s right there, but not at the entrance gate. Will not recommend.

They did not charge us according to what was displayed.

Sunday day rate is 3 times the price of other car parks in the same block, no bookings required.

Car parks are much too small, about 30cm between doors, and we drive a ford focus. Don't even try it in an SUV. Pretty sure these wouldn't stand up to any sort of planning code.

They use double parking to fit even more cars in, requiring you to leave your keys with an attendant.

Standard trick of prices displayed in small font unreadable until you drive in, forcing you to reverse out into busy street if you don't want to pay their obscene predatory rate.

Give this one a miss.

Rip off. They were asking $44.00 for 2 hours parking when down the road I got it for $14.00.
